In anticipation of the upcoming audit completion, the company proactively submitted the uplist application and certification documents last week to otc markets to avoid any lead time delays upon filing the final submission.

Just my own speculation, but I think (AMFE), (CEO)- Roger will pair I.K. with some kind of bitcoin or bitminning compny for the new spin-off!!! (The new HOT Investment!!)

How ironic I just watched a movie from 2011 called Christmas magic, on the Hallmark Channel relating to a distracted driver using her cell phone and died because she was distracted when driving while using her cell phone. I totally agree with you your opinion Felo31 !!!

I feel I was led to believe there was some kind of solid big news or announcement that Roger was going to speak about, not just what potential or might happen. I also think there could have been better questions asked... I guess we can't really control that..
Oh well, I am still impressed that Roger dose these shows in the first place like no other CEO !!!
