This “2.50” means diddly squat you don’t understand how this works.
If he can’t pay the notes back in time when they mature it all gets converted into stock plus Interest then it gets diluted. It’s a fancy way of doing a reverse toxic note. Looks good on paper, bad for stock price.
That’s why OS went from 10mill to 15mill in the span of a couple months when they came due. That “2.50” is just for show.

They need the PPS higher for the new company to be able to sell the stock they got that’s #1.
#2 they will be Able to do much better financing deals with a clean Share structure.
#3 they probably want to uplist/become a better buyout candidate.
This was in the filings all along just had to read between the lines that’s why bzrth got preferreds.
#4 this is a GOOD thing after r/s. This is a BAD thing for current holders.

They want to probably uplist or be a potential buyout candidate.

1:300 is not small amount, so even if it goes to .005 the company will get what they want in the end.
