firecracker too kind. You were screwed the day it was delisted.
how long ago(yrs) did I post this was never coming back with current mgmt in place and that they were scum? Tigers dont change their stripes. A shame so many were swindled.
looks like he may have gifted the stock
rofl! Thanks I needed a good chuckle today.
SGG, CANE, SGAR
ya think?? Been that way forever.
Devon doesnt care how SIOR treats it's stuckholders. This is a dog eat dog business.
a turd is a turd is a turd no matter how much you try and polish it. unless it's a dorodango. but we're not in Japan.
2011 I think
When I joined Ihub a few years back I posted a very lengthy DD compilation of SIOR on this thread and how untrustworthy management was and the history of bilking investors. I just went looking for it as it had links, quotes, etc but appears someone deleted it. Which is unfortunate. It would be very apropos for what is being said today.
edit: sorry this msg was intended Nranger msg #15324. The delisting was "voluntary" in the sense that if they didn't do it, the SEC would have done it. Sort of being given the option of resigning before being fired.
I will gladly sacrifice my shares for the second outcome.
not to beat a dead horse but you will never see audited financials.
Belize it! (cuz that's probably where the money has been stashed)
been lying for years. Why did you expect it to change?
which occurs first? Peace in the Middle East or SIOR relisted?
nah. fault lies with the idiot that broke the country in the first place.
when you're taking other peoples money, you damn well better be straight with them.
beyond delusional post.
what exactly is your point?
That's the net result when one fails to communicate.
maybe to avoid the scrutiny of an accountant and/or the SEC?
ummm neither. Try maybe otc IF it ever comes back.
proof? they CHOSE not to file. That is deliberate. Simple as that. You don't accidentally forget that financials are supposed to be filed every year.
Not filing financials isn't a mistake. It was a deliberate choice.
based on the latest comment from 'superior oil and gas'--
"(NB: I definitely do not speak for Superior on this or any other issue. In fact, I was ordered to stop talking to shareholders/investors)"
So who is the facebook poster?
looks like the FB page has no direction whatsoever to the company
hate to sound like a douche but you can't say you weren't warned about these snakes.
New truck, new pool, house in Belize it.
take the scraps off the carcass and keep it for themselves.
well well well.. see the tigers don't change their stripes.
end up owning a shell basically.
how so? they just sold their assets.
sure but there are other products on the market in a field full of big boys. I can't speak for the efficacy of Covalon products but with more time I'll take a look.
What caused the drop from 16 in 2008/9 to the lackluster stock price now?
much more complicated than that and an absurd statement.
What the heck is that based on ? Been indifferent, at best, towards shareholders in the past.
sometimes actions speak louder than words.
What proof do you need? It's been FIFTEEN months. That's pretty good proof in itself.
