Guido, If they get to keep monies then they increase the sr liquidation cost. Wont that take out $ from overpayment? Also, Mnuchin sounds like he is talking commitment fee which may come out of those numbers also. If they increase just the buffer without increasing the payoff preference great! but doubt that happens. So again I ask, if they increase the buffer 30B and the payoff 30B then that takes 2 years to collect but effectively wipes out the over payment from the NWS....

1) If they say raise the buffer to 25-30B and in turn raise the owed amount the same ( odd that it would correlate to the same as the overpayment huh?!?) then we slowly build for a couple years till we hit that number, right?
2) If the amount is getting added to payoff amount...lets just take the money from treasury and have it...we will owe it later LOL
3) its great to keep the profits as we need the buffer but the added monies to payback after the En Banc is crazy! What can be done? Stay? Something?

I assume you refer to the preferred's as the minute the companies are allowed to retain earnings the common are worth more every quarter. Every quarter that they retain makes not only the liquidation (which at that point wont happen) in the money but at some point starts to add value both in company valuation and less dilution depending on capital choice. ( less SPO/ addtl preferred/ ?? )
