Announces revenue of $10.8 million
Reaffirms 2022 Revenue Guidance to Exceed $43 Million

Net income was $2.5 million during the three months ended March 31, 2022 including:
$5.5 million gain on marking outstanding warrants to fair value;
$1.2 million charge related to the issuance of warrants in exchange for a debt waiver;
$0.5 million of interest expense, $0.2 million of which represents non-cash amortization of debt discount recorded in conjunction with the issuance of warrants; and
$0.3 million loss related to amending our debt facilities.

Yeah! Go CREX....I go back to 2014...Wireless Ronin Days....Never gave up and yes I am way down...

They should take that money and rebuy right now. Plus get some cheap warrants

I bought more at $2.39, so I am keeping faith. Quiet period almost over I hope. And the market will correct is also my hope. Seems like some force beat it down....Need to offset RS perception

Fair enough...capital raise is beneficial and we know they want acquisitions.... can't wait for quiet period to be over... painful now.... Those numbers show believers..... SP does not...I worry about shorts targeting....

Stock price for one would be a good req....they better do something fast. Maximizing stock price is # ! and they were a lot better one week ago.

I could not agree more...RS and big news should have come simultaneously....

I have learned a lot also...I still need to learn how t sell and cut losses.

We were better off one week ago and not doing RS....looking for that secret big news....

Seasoned veterans know their own cash forecast better than CEA's. I wonder what they spent on all these financial services only to see stock flounder with the RS issued while inflation, interest rates rise, and on the brink of war...great timing. This Choo Choo train did not need RS... now a short's target. I am holding, but as everyone says how about some BIG news which shows revenue and profits in the bank?

That PR better come out fast....markets simply hate RS.

Big news better happen ASAP, before shorts play tackle football on CEA. RS not well received. Tute advisors/ broker/ lawyers/ execs, trying to make money....what about the retail investor....don't want to be a bag holder... Money for acquisitions great..but they need sales/ profit NOW!

I agree. They want to buy companies and acquire growth....Overhead to do all this is huge plus larget for shorts now, not before. They have guts and fast ambition.

Friday is RS. Going Nasdaq....got the solicitation call to buy warrants and hear presentation....

Keeping faith that the plan works. I look forward to my first stock I own that did a RS to actually go up. Many times this is done to stay on the big board after dropping as a desperation move.... to stay on the big board...this is not the case here

Me too. If they are doing so well....they don't need to give money away to the shark infested waters of Tutes and Shorters. They needed BIG BIG news to fight off the effect of this major RS.

RS seem to NEVER be positive. I have no choice but to ride it out and hope some profits/ revenue really show up.

with the market tumbling some former insider who is now unrestricted probably is getting out of the market and this was part of their portfolio..... Just a guess. Fundamentals are strong and combat shorts and this kind of stuff IMO

For once I bought at the right time end of year and 1/2... averaging at .04 now...I say 17 cents is where we are going. They hit this when they had a lot less going for themselves....

Service is where they may make their money, plus packaging all the "right" hardware. One stop shopping for growers... IMO

RS vote down, I don't recall ever seeing one beat by shareholders. Always (99%) are negative for SH Merger must go through.

And once institutional positions are in place, Surna lives or dies with their stock ownership. They get control. Great news Great Results. Any hiccups they can bury SURNA. Sometimes restricted shares, but many do not. Hedge groups are trouble. Strong fundamentals must stay and continue real strong.

I can only guess that once on the big board, you are now much more eligible for shorting.

Not my first rodeo. It takes big time positive news to offset shorting attack from RS. This is not just a simple math game.

Today we see positive reaction. Great news offsets to RS. I just hope the great news is super great that can fight off shorters who prey on RS splits. I think it will be. I stay LONG.
