The response was that it was to pay off debt. I challenged that to be backed with fact. None was given. Asking me to prove anything makes no sense as I am not the one who contended that the shares are for debt.

This is the pinks. We either hear, "there is no dilution", until there is, and then its "our dilution is for a good reason". The typical "there is no such thing as bad news" in the pinks! Take a look at the board intro for the history of mass dilution here (I need to update it with this new dilution!!!!) It's fun! And of course, all the dilution was for a "good reason"!

Like I said, if this is enough, then I suggest you buy all you can, with the current bid,ask of 31/65, which even no investment professional, would even suggest a client to possibly buy, except maybe to their worst enemy.

I find it humorous that what has been discussed so far hasn't been enough to say pass. And due to that I think HWAL might be a well fitting investment!
