The Theory Of Price Discovery Marches On!

I have many reasons, so I will try to be brief.
#1 The theory of price discovery.

In summation, it all boils down to future profits, I believe AWSR will turn to profitability this year!

I also believe at it's current price it is grossly undervalued. It also meets my criteria for having a high potential profit. You see I Like to put my money where I feel I have the greatest bang for my buck. I believe just like I did with the last BB I invested in, MNEAF, that this has 10x bagger potential if not more.

Research the CEO, another reason I'm here. I invested in RBY and MNEAF, in part because Rob McEwen was the CEO. As Rob McEwen is to the metals sector, Dan Baker is to Coal. Dan has 40yrs of experience and "connections"in the coal industry.

I don't have time to write a book here, but don't be surprised as more and more people take a closer look at this company, more strong hands will enter.

and Yes
there will probably be another promo that sends this to 2+ in the short term. That is not the reason why I'm investing though.

In summation the theory of price discovery is starting here, and once it kicks in, people know the potential of what they are buying they wont sell for Pennie's on the dollar but for multiple dollars to start. I did my dd and I like it, simply too many things going for it both for the short and longer term.


I haven't posted on IHUB in 3 yrs, when I did post here people made millions and millions off my opinions. AWSR is bigger then any internet message board but I returned to IHUB to share this with you. The Bashers on this board kind of gave it away!

I have made a fortune picking under priced stocks before they have run for huge % gains. Yes many of them like AWSR now, no one wanted to buy them at that time . However as more people get off the couch and starting doing their own dd more and more people discover.

You don't worry when you know what you are holding! When you know, emotions can't betray you. When you know, you seize the opportunity with confidence.

No one wanted to buy NFP under 2 then either, but the theory of price discovery took place.

Great company chart just had a golden Cross, I think 20+ in 2013.
If you guys remember when I called RBY at 1? and MNEAF in the .30's? Both were a 6x bagger and a 10x bagger and I invested in both of them because of Rob McEwen has always been good at getting on the Gold! I been waiting to go long on this again, my prayers have been answered.

So definitely do some dd quickly on it guys! As I posted 3.75-4 area other day is a gift.

Ship is one of the best investments for the short term and longer. The OS did change and so has the size of the fleet from 3 ships to 20 ships.
When all my due diligence is completed with the research links and notes I will be happy to send it to you. We are days away from this not being a little secret anymore. There are a number of investors conferences coming up. Gold, Copper, other commodities are booming, some predict 2011 to be there Year where the $BDI once again makes a run to previous high. There is a ton of new money in the money supply which will know look for a way to outpace the coming inflation. I don't want to get off track, I don't want to brag but my analysis of what would happen in 2010 has been right on the mark.


I don't post on IHUB much anymore, as I feel most people here wouldn't know a great potential long term investment if hit them in the face .

Most people here are interested in stocks under .10 and most don't want to hold for more then a day.
To each is own, I swing trade, day trade, scalp, also but SHIP has always been a long-term investment for me. I look at the stock chart and fundamentals and only see upward movement coming in the short term and longer. This is the same way, I felt about FITB, DTG, and the countless other stocks I liked in the 1's area. They may not all explode the next day, but I know when I see great profit potential in front of me. Now past performance does not necessarily equal future returns, but all those past success had a few common denominators. They were all extremely fundamentally Undervalued with charts that have huge upside potential. I wouldn't be surprised to see the SHIP chart make higher highs then when it first ipo-ed going forward.


Sorry for the long ramble...

To answer your question the OS has changed since the acquisition of the 100% now owned addition to the fleet. The company when it Ipo'ed only had 3 ships and around 30 mil OS. It my guess, after the 20 ships are fully acquired, the OS will be around 100 mil.


I have no problem with that if the acquisition adds to the bottom line.

I believe I read that this year expect around 104 mil in net revenue. This would give the stock A EPS slightly under 1.00 for 2010. This same thing happened in the 90's stock were trading at very low P?E's but eventually they return to normal levels. A 10 P/E is average for a non tech stock. Being conservative once this stock gets noticed by return starved investors, the stock should trade back to historical price valuations. A 10 P/E would put us at:

.90 EPS X 20 P/E =18.00 a/share
.90 EPS X 10 P/E =$9.00 a/share
.90 EPS X 5 P/E = 4.50 a/ share


Above is just a example to show you why I think it's so undervalued here.

The O/S might be 110 mil, but from my calculations it' should be in the 100-110 tops range. So this is my best guesstimate and please do your dd from reading through the filings and take yours.

This is also assuming the acquisition is complete, remember one half as been completed and we are expected to see the rest in NOV.

Iwisdom, Its good to see you are long, I haven't been around this thread so i was reading your old messages and some of the statements were not factual based on my dd so I was confused.

Dumar there are many reasons to increase authorized, I gave the post about Warrant Conversion as one. The point is A/S and not O/S they would need a vote before any of this would hit the market. The strike prices though at some might if the warrants get exercised at 6.50 or 12.50 warrants for example. Those warrants can be converted to shares but as you see by strike prices at a much high premium

THOSE POOR MISINFORMED SHAREHOLDERS END UP GETTING SCARED OUT OF A SOLID INVESTMENT AND OUT OF PROFITS. SAVY INVESTORS ON THE OTHER HAND ARE LOADING UP HERE.
