no he doesn't. our OS is huge now. I bet they Run this and then they do a reverse split. There are other factors other than $1 for nasdaq including dollar trading volume. either way....he doesn't care about the price.....in case you have not noticed....have you? I want to make money here and I think we will be back to $.15-$.20 eventually but it will be based on the LACK of selling and a few pr's. Public companies sometimes do not care about shareholder value. it is criminal. they care about getting a drug passed and the last ones invested win. you do realize that if they do a r/s, given all the financing and price drops....if this stock goes up 500% in the the end...it hypothetically could still be a huge loss for 99% of investors along the way. THAT.....defeats the purpose of being in the public biz. they have destroyed the idea of considering shareholder value all in the name of survival and job security.

they have a YEAR to go until an FDA approval at the earliest. 10/16 per IR. there could be plenty of other news in the short term tho. to boost this 100%

can someone explain the warrant amendment pr. What is the exact difference between the Oct 9th and Nov 15th deadlines? Is selling or converting done completely? Is .05 a basement?

Not when you convert that financing into these warrant conversion prices. The OS is huge then. The company can stop this or let it happen. They have decided to release no news or insider buy. They are guilty of treason.

38mil cash on hand at a 650MIL OS gives us 5.8cents per share in cash. 650MIL OS seems reasonable given that was 45mil in cashless warrants executing at 10 cents....it could be much lower and we could see an OS of about 800mil. If the company wanted to Salvage shareholder value by minimizing dilution/market cap damage they would be utilizing Insider Buying and Press Releases to mitigate free fall prices which benefit shorters and warrant converters. KEeping the PRice Higher SAVES shareholder value as it reduces the conversion amount. They are showing us they are clearly in bed with the converters by not caring or utilizing a prop up defense. It is .......disgusting.

Correct, and this is why they work hand in hand with shorting because it benefits them immensely. I'm wondering how much money is left to convert. The CEO claimed this attack (you caused it you criminal) on price will last for the remainder of the year, but If I WERE Running a SHort and COnvert program I would blast this to no end as panics cause bigger drops. Very true. this sort of funding is basically a big F U to shareholders from mgmt. It should be illegal in the sense that it is Always destructive to shareholder value....considering they can Short a Stock into oblivion while converting shares at basement prices. Who is to stop a well organized team from converting shares at .009 - below a penny? They can control companies this way all in the name of some biotech not wanting to lose their jobs. In the end....they can reissue themselves shares if the pipeline and plan succeed.

THey will herald the company as a SUCCESS, when in reality they established no value considering the dilution that took place to get them there. It is an Illusion of success with these biotech companies who claim they Hit it Big. No, they did not. Whoever was allowed to get cheap stock in the end will win big.

IT is a major problem, and the Exchanges should be ashamed of themselves along with any company that does this. It is basically a professional Short and Load and Grab Market Share then Pump program.

They have $.20/share in Cash/Equiv as of end of last quarter. IF they Lost ANOTHER 15mil for this current quarter then the stock still has a C/S of $.12. If everything was fugged then they would cease the R&D on some things and discontinue thus limiting burn rate.

Looks like the New Venture is going to turn out okay after all. Too bad that Dave Mcfail individual - a Current CEO of a struggling company - has to post on public message boards.

Why does a current CEO Dave Mcfail keep bashing in unrelated posts a stock which he does not own. This mammoth individual had a deal with js in Pacific Software.

That company was trash yet, if i recall correctly, he was bought out out of his worthless ownership of pity. The company had manufacturing software which is kind of obsolete these days.

His current company did ~$1mil in Sales and LOST OVER $900K per their last financial report. This individual has his own business problems to worry about yet the CEO keeps posting on stock boards.

Does his Board of Directors know of the pathetic posting and slanderous activities he engages in instead of running his own company?

I intend to let his board know of this because I dislike seeing CEO's posting on stock boards. It is not professional when his company is losing his current shareholders money as the financial reports indicate. That is very disturbing.

I doubt they care about that website and have something else ready. I wish I had that many shells to utilize. Someone must have done something right along the way to own that much.....

They didn't strip Goudas of their cash. Goudas was caught with their pants down. ACSX can not be blamed for potential buyer interest based on a fraudulent financial picture.
