Most of the shares have been sold into the teens....if they would take a"time out" for a few days and present at the forum it could give an opportunity for this to be a "hay maker". They raised the float to a billion then released some good news thru Seeking Alfa....I've seen this too many times....I hope I'm wrong, if it goes below 13 cents I'm out.....
