A .000001 is a real trade. This happens when you do a Market Order sale. The MM have a bid of .000001 just waiting for someone to dump their shares as a write-off. So a dump of 10 mil shares will net you $10.

TDA charged me $38 also for the first time ever. Must be something new because I also had another stock that R/S and they charged $38 for it also. This really sucks.

Look at DSCR, it was trading at ,0051 Monday with current status, then got placed on the EM Tuesday 9/28/21 and dropped to .0001. Someone grab millions on the EM before it went back up to .003x.

Yep, worthless if you try to sell. However, you still own part of the company, so if the company can meet the same requirements it did when it first enlisted, it can be reenlisted. But the chance of this happening is slim to none if the owner has walked away. It has been done though with some companies, so there still a little hope.

Why would anyone want to pay outrageous fees just to be able to buy worthless CE stocks that's already a total loss. Rather than finding a broker will trade CE, my new approach is to just avoid stocks that has not had any news in over 6 months and not have to worry about it going CE.

All those fees, what more need to be said?

TDA list of Restricted Securities contains Current stocks as well as deadbeat stocks, so it looks like nearly all penny stocks are on the list. If this is true, then this could be the death of penny stocks as we know it. This also means brokers will loose millions (maybe billions) in trade commission and fees.
This is SEC corruption at it's best.

Wow$$$, someone sold 20Mil for .0019 for $38k, now it's at .0022, so that buyer just made $6k immediately.

GRSO looked good today, slowly climbing back up. Looks like a breakout any day now.
