there is nothing to get in a civil lawsuit when these bozoz get finished; a criminal lawsuit is the only way to go, and i doubt any government agency will ever do anything, so i guess they are home free.

from what i see, this has been going on for more than one year. it appears to me that nothing would ever be done to VV or pdgo, so essentially they can do whatever they desire and will suffer no damages. can you tell me if anything will ever be done to pdgo except maybe bankruptcy? which is pretty much self imposed, while VV is taking money.

don't know if your post is correct or not, but it sounds exactly the same when PBLS money was used to purchase TECO shares. nothing ever happened then, so i doubt anything will be done now.

i have become a pessimist re this stock (PDGO). i say there are two chances we see 'financials' next week, Slim and None, and Slim just left town. Let's check back in one week and see who was correct.

in addition, MoneyTV isn't cheap; why doesn't Vince just put the money in his own pocket instead of wasting it on MoneyTV?

pellets won't burn without oxygen.

imo, you cannot produce enough pellets to even come close to replacing coal in these power plants. i have 20 (twenty) 110 cars trains of coal going by my house every day (WY to TX). this is probably 2% of the nation's total. pellets are for pellet stoves. it would be nice if the Koreans could get off charcoal and stop killing themselves. by the way, i am not a shareholder any longer. i really don't see any positive proof that i can believe; only the revenue statement is going to prove that.

coal is sold by the train load; pellets are sold by the bag. imho, we will never be able to ramp up production to meet demand for coal. i like the idea, but just cannot comprehend pellets meeting coal. does anyone know the burn ratio for coal vs pellets???? tia

i saw it on yahoo finance but had a hard time believing. it was last july/aug 2013 timeframe. seems hard to believe, but it is a great contract. maybe the south koreans can stop burning charecol; it kills many every year.
