Digital Real Estate Brokerage Pioneer Launches Powered by Zip SaaS

ZipRealty brings a legacy of experience developing technology for the real estate industry to its new PbZ Software-as-Service solution.

The PbZ SaaS solution provides third-party brokerages with an individually branded, integrated solution for consumers, agents and brokers. This lead-scoring system analyzes relevant consumer activities on the brokerage's website and mobile app to assign each consumer a score. ZipRealty logoStock analysts at Sidoti started coverage on shares of ZipRealty (NASDAQ:ZIPR) in a report issued on Wednesday, Analyst RN reports. The firm set a “neutral” rating on the stock.

ZipRealty (NASDAQ:ZIPR) traded down 1.20% on Wednesday, hitting $3.30. 10,100 shares of the company’s stock traded hands. ZipRealty has a one year low of $2.67 and a one year high of $7.07. Been a crazy stock to watch on the Level II. Someone selling. Any buy on the ask and the ask is immediately dropped. Exactly at 4:00 each day there is a trade to lower the pps. However, I been sitting on a sell order and in a bust in the last few seconds it went to $3.79 taking my sell order at $3.65 along with it before dropping immediately to $3.35. Been an uptrend for for the last 5 days which might be it's limit, but definitely watching and might buy back in tomorrow (or soon).
