(Pink Sheets: ZTRC-News) is pleased to announce that Robert Craig, President of Zentrac Technologies has been featured on MacReport.net. In his interview Mr. Craig spoke in detail regarding the revolutionary staging system by Zentrac Technologies Inc, which is being developed for use by marketing groups, advertisers, and event promoters to stage public or private events.
“We are set to start construction on the first prototype shortly. We expect it will be completed in approximately 9 to 12 months. Our conservative projections call for 10 stages generating annual gross revenues of approximately $60 million USD.” stated Robert Craig, President of Zentrac Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Craig went on to talk about a global market study conducted; the need was identified for 110 stages globally with 115,000 days of lease representing nearly $500 million in gross annual revenue.
Zentrac Technologies Inc. recently announced shareholder and Board approval of a 10 for 1 forward split of all issued and outstanding shares. The appropriate documentation has been filed with NASDQ Market Operations. It is expected that the split will take place on the 28th of July.

(Pink Sheets: ZTCT) is pleased to announce that it has commenced a Research and Development program relative to a new product designed to work with mp3 players, including the Apple iPod. A functioning prototype is expected by spring 2006. The product will ultimately be marketed to the users of all portable audio and video devices. Richard Manley, President and CEO of Zentrac says; “This piece of technology greatly enhances the listening experience for the legions of users of iPods and all other portable audio and video devices. Our product will also make those devices more versatile. Zentrac intends to do for portable media players what subwoofers did for home theatre and car audio in the early 90's.“
