Yep no surprise there. I stopped using Tradestation last year because it became useless for the OTC.
TradeStation does not allow trading HERB. Only selling.
Last time I checked Tradestation was pure horror now with OTC. Very few available and not HERB. Haven't checked for a few months though but don't think that changed.
Good for you, RD! The compensation you'll receive is extraordinary. Going for 4.99% ownership? 😁
I'm happy with the amount I will get as well, but I will not have room for buying more HERB. Basically need to rebuild my portfolio since ITUP and the verticals have sucked up most of my net worth in the past few years. If I could go back in time, I'd buy a lot less ITUP, and put more into direct subscription in the verticals. If we only knew then, what we know now...
I might revisit increasing my stake in HERB if it's still at depressed levels at the end of the year. What I have now (125k+ shares) is still more than enough, if we ever would get fair value for our shares.
My memory is not so good either. But I investigated all of these in the past. I think TS doesn't offer HERB now. Schwab is the only one I can use. And $25,000 won't be a problem once I get paid. I am planning to buy a lot more than that.
My memory is quite bad, but can't you use TradeStation? Not a fan of the interface, but at least it works and I think the minimum deposit is not that much. Not like the USD25,000 mentioned for Schwab. Opened an account a few years back to be able to buy ITUP and (some more) HERB.
Ah I see, Norway ok.
Traderfan I live in Norway and different rules applied for me.
For non-US individuals, the minimum opening balance is US$25,000 at Charles Schwab.
Yes but you couldn‘t open an account with TDA for years now from these countries if you didn‘t have one already from earlier years.
RD Asb I think you know already I am already able to trade these stocks through AT Ameritrade which is owned by Schwab. I have been informed that my account too will be moved to Schwab in a little more than a month.
Thanks to Traderfan for the tip.
Schwab International now allows customers from The Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Finland amongst others.
Which means we can buy and trade HERB now.

Yeah not surprised.
We will get the share price up, one way or another. I promise you that.
Bargain prices once again.
With an average volume of 61,896 shares over the last 30 days, $HERB attracts investor attention in the agricultural and biotechnology sectors.
With a current price of $0.10, YaSheng Group ( $HERB ) continues to drive growth and innovation in agriculture, offering investors an opportunity to participate in their global expansion and technological advancements.
Something is cooking...
Yes, I noticed.
I noticed today that they have renewed the annual filing with the state of Colorado as they should.
https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?masterFileId=20211155660&fileId=20241247371
What's interesting though is they have ALSO incorporated a new entity, Yasheng Group USA Corp.
Filed on January 11, 2024. https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?masterFileId=20241044821&fileId=20241044821
Share structure is the same as existing company-
The corporation is authorized to issue:
Common shares - 800,000,000
YaSheng Group's ( $HERB ) broad product range, exported to 15 countries, showcases their global reach and influence. With a market cap exceeding $16.50M, they are positioned to capitalize on diverse market opportunities and drive expansion.
Yes, it's way too cheap based on net assets.
They have a bunch of off-balance sheet assets as well, as I pointed out recently in the annual report. You are going to find this quite shocking. This is from the DEFM14C filing in 2015 (page 11) when they swapped out a bunch of subsidiaries in exchange for 5 high value plantations.
Really good DD thread on HERB
$HERB with Manny Pacquiao now as chairman, the stock may get the attention needed for a fair valuation as new investors discover the company. The company already has audited financials in place to suggest a much higher market valuation so the possibility is certainly there.… https://t.co/cvkL1WCd9W pic.twitter.com/izhYAms1Dm

Heck, we get 2 reports for the price of 1
They spotted and corrected quickly the mistake about the year ending Jan31 with an amended report.
modest Thanks for pointing out what you meant.
I sure did! Considering the potential, it would make sense to acquire a portion. But given that we've seen nothing concrete materialize, in terms of value, for...12+ years? It's also understandable if they don't.
I don't think they hid it in Equity Art. I think they dissolved Gansu Yasheng America Trade Co., Ltd which was holding the Chinese assets previously, so they had to move it somewhere else.
But yes, I think they wanted to spin-off Equity Art (initially) also for this reason.
It's really difficult to know what happens since all has been off the books for awhile now. I always thought they hid it in Equity Art to do some magic by spinning it off, give it to the shareholders, and then a buy-out offer or something would appear and make those assets disappear. Since those assets are somehow sensitive. Maybe the plan is different now. I wonder if we'll ever see some hard cash in hand, in form of a dividend or buy-out offer.
I think it is. Yasheng BVI is also the parent company. This is where you would expect the plantations to be. In China.
It's possible that they moved some assets out of Equity Art with the preferred dividend in mind....
Now this is exciting! Equity Art, and I guess Jove, has been known from before. But Jove was also not mentioned in the filings as an off balance sheet asset before.
One can only speculate whether the plantations are in Yasheng Group LLC or Yasheng Group (BVI)...
Is BVI the British Virgin Islands?
snow, I don't understand what you are asking.
In the last report I think only Equity Art was off balance sheet.
Now they also say that Jove,Yasheng BVI and Yasheng LLC are also off ballance sheet Assets.
That's what I meant by additions.
modes Do you mean what you write? Is it not rather so that the assets that are not on the balance sheet may mean some huge additions?
There are some obviously HUGE additions to what is off balance sheet.
Annual report now filed with the SEC

The Pacman is a great hero and athlete.
He should retire. The head and brain can only take so many punches.
With authorized shares totaling 800 million, YaSheng Group ( $HERB ) is strategically positioned to capitalize on opportunities for expansion and growth across its diverse business segments.
Still a good entry point wow I wish I had gotten.04s darn …..
Yes, I think everyone missed it.
Still waiting for the comments on assets that are off-balance sheet and the dividend.
Audited earnings posted in the website this weekend. They should be filed with the SEC shortly I expect.

To be honest, I think the biggest benefit to us long term shareholders here is the exposure he appears to be bringing to the company. It remains to be seen how far it will go, but already there are a lot of new eyes "discovering" this company that did not before.
MM I agree about teleprompter and that somebody else has probably written his speech.
aandt Thanks for the links! He seems to be a very interesting person from an investor point of view as well. His association with our company appears to be very promising although there is no assurance of a big gain for us.
Sorry for him, but good for the business. 🥊 Less risk of increasing the CTE damage that comes with that kind of sport.
