They are not all zeros. They have cash and expenses of an operating company as well as monies from financing. All of these are represented on the financials.

The majority of the Float is sitting in us longs accounts. The remainder of loose shares trading back and forth between flippers has got to be fairly thin. A contract or two pops up in the coming short-term horizon ??? Gonna be HUGE!!! And FUN!!!

One thing is certain…XCRT is growing a following on Tweety. More than doubled over the past couple months. Something is brewing as 12 more have followed over the past 24 hours. Before June we were lucky to see an addition over the course of a couple weeks. Little things do matter.

We get news on a pending contract and things will get much more exciting here in XCRT Land. I’ve a feeling share price will explode. A whole bunch of new eyes are now following…waiting ?!?

Actually in building a company yes.....but so far we have not gotten to the point with Mike yet as to whether these business models have succeeded or failed as of yet.

1. The medical instrument with the metal alloy has just gotten to the point of a prototype- so success or failure cannot be measured.

2. Afiya Sassa has just entered the Africa/Tansania market with beta tests at 4 hospitals.

3. They just acquired the HS Pharma patents and hired Cathy to start implementing the business model.

Yes, some business plans fail and some succeed but we cannot judge this for $XCRT right now as they have just entered the initial phase. The first year was cleaning up the shell to make it have value. It is no longer a shell but a shell risk and is now on a higher market- OTCQB which adds value to the vehicle so that so far has been a success.
