CBGI, old symbol and company: MWAR, it did these:

When MJ got hot, the company changed its name and symbol to MJ in Order to Dump huge worthless shares, while it has Nothing at all.

That was Why SEC suspended.

Not really, it's kind of like when your corporation gets revoked with a SOS, you are a revoked corporation. But you can still make happy by doing this or that in a timely manner, and avoid getting permanently revoked.

That actually makes a bit of sense why the huge swings over relatively small trades over the past several years. It's been fun to flip, however I have held on to a nice core chunk myself. They are all free now so let's ride this out.

Remember we hit .09 not too long ago. Someone paid out the a** for those shares. Something like $30k. Hopefully this person laughs all the way to the bank (us too).

I was reading thru some of their SEC documents and they state that they own approximately 100% of shares.

Now what does that mean 95% or 96% or 99.6%.
96% would mean only 1.68 million left to trade
The point is they don't own all of them.

In 2008 I believe there were 128 investors, how many have sold what they had who knows.

If it trades again, could be a big payday if only 1.68 million left.

yes correct no market movers to even quote a bid or ask,and there is many other reasons as to why,which seems we will still not be able to identify,specifecily after the 9th,why didnt they just cut off the ones they did serve that didnt respond!!this is suppose to be for the public interest right!!caveat emptor

Because its on the gray market brokers can not solicit buyers until certain financial information is updated. That's why there is no bid/ask on every ones account. You have to call a broker to buy because they aren't allowed so solicit you.

called e trade thursday ask was .05 no bids nothing had traded since up to that point, but you since no one has bought at the .05 ask,you will not see any trades.and will not see the ask unless you call it in,not even sure when shares are bought when or if it will show on your ticker,but you can place a buy on line thru etrade but would be ablind buy not knowing the ask until you call in!!

Called my broker last week. Basically we will be able to write this off of it doesn't start trading again. You will need to file a form, but will be able to write off :(

It was a fun 4 years of dreaming/flipping this stock.

Fingers crossed that there is a slim chance the 24th will be magical.

Everything is going more global. How WorldSpace fits into this puzzle is my question. WorldSpace was too early. They might still own licenses or bandwidth around the globe, we don't really know. One thing I know for sure is that the direction is global for companies in every country.
This is only the beginning. When Skype first started in the tele/internet communications. I could see the global reach.
Malone is already in Europe, why wouldn't he want more of the world, he is a big thinker.
