The bid & ask are way wide, not sure what's really happening.
Thought it was getting a bit more organized but the volume seems wonky at best. Guess there were some heavy volume days a while back and maybe then some bought it up, been sparce since. Least they are filing stuff. GLTA

Any merge should be worth more than the sub $1M market cap it's running at presently. At the same time, these plays take months. So hang tight, might be a while. Had a few that took nearly 9 months to play.

Yeah, I have been in many of these low float/shell plays. And with the state of the share structure 10c still put this only at $5.2M Cap. A clean shell, these days are averaging about 15-25M on the low end. This is one of the better ones I see, prior great/still ones were APLD [at the time 9M O/S, and priced under 10c, now $4.25] and FCIC 3.4M O/S, priced under 30c now $1.65, and WSCC 6M O/S, priced under 15c, now .70] Volume will come, accumulating in the mean time. Can't got wrong with this penny fountain.

On Board For This Uprising.
As with others in the past [APLD/WSCC/FCIC/APSI/IHAI] this share structure & market cap is too small to resist the entry. Sense there's a doubter on the board, but I suggest you look at prior actions on other micro/caps, micro/floaters above. The risk/reward ratio is in your favor, so relax, it takes time. GLTA.

A shell like this will take generally two paths. Path one is that there is a private Co that is growing exponentially, has good revenues and needs to go public to raise cash. Path two is a group of individuals bring a shell current in order to scam shareholders of their money by promoting a pipe dream that has no chance of success. That is a scam.

No need to apologize my friend, this is a shell Co with no assets and it is current because a Co will be merging in order to go from private to a public. Depending on the size of the incoming Co and the tiny float here the PPS will hopefully move north. JMO.
