Million Dollar Question
But, Illegal Burgers (<- plural) in Fremont, A is NOT the same company as WCVC's "Illegal Burger."
The guy who owns it was once affiliated with WCVC (in a now defunct CA branch of WCVC), but now, except for the closeness of the name, and the similarity of some of the menu items, it is an independent company that is NOT an Illegal Burger franchise.
I don't know how they have gotten away with the name similarity, EXCEPT, perhaps, that they have not tried to trademark the name. If trademarks are not involved, two companies in different states may have the same name (perhaps with some limitations).

Agree.. this is cooked
You and everybody else here buddy.
Regardless how many people keep posting it’s the next best bottom play, or most issuers will file a form 10, there’s only one person that can change the situation here and that’s Nixon, and I don’t think he cares one way or the other.
IMO, if he had any intentions of bringing shareholder value to the shareholders, he wouldn’t have did that RS back in 2016 and then dilute nearly 7 billion shares, and then let the stock get delisted.
I think that’s a fair opinion.
Not too bad when looking at the chart
My dear t 53 would be a dream!Hope costs nothing!

Thank you Penny Hopper …. God bless u !!
I know he is real … but his energy like marvel character …!!! Let’s call a new character T53
Somewhere I read that WCVC's business-information-flow was disrupted by COVID-19, meaning that the accounting staff that used to work with them in person had to work remotely, which somehow slowed their accounting process (that contributed to their Edgar filings) waaaaaay down.
I can believe COVID-19 had some real-world impact on them, but it's hard to believe at this point that those isolation protocols are still in place, and that WCVC and its financial guys haven't had the time to get caught up.
I don't know a reason why the Ilegal Mezcal trademark action against Illegal Brands IP would prevent WCVC from getting current and filing to resume trading. Frankly I think Illegal Brands IP has the stronger case, so I'm somewhat surprised that it hasn't forced Ilegal Mezcal to 'put up or shut up' at this point, unless I.B.IP thinks that Ilegal Mezcal will eventually tire and drop their action, especially since Ilegal Mezcal has been the one asking for all the suspensions to negotiate a settlement.
In the past I've talked to T53 about WCVC getting current again. I know what he knows, that nothing in the SEC revocation order prevents WCVC from getting current again once they get all of their paperwork in order. WCVC looks like a rare revocation case, being a company that isn't a scam or a shell, but rather is a real operating company.
Frankly, I suspect the WCVC would NOT have been revoked if 'experts' (and/or foreign investors) hadn't been trading it while it was on the Expert Market. The fact that it was trading seems to have attracted the SEC's attention (according to the revocation paperwork).
It's bad news that the Capitol Hill I.B. closed, but good news in that WCVC had the sense to close a money-losing store. However, since WCVC moved to Florida, I haven't been able to dig up anything significant that gives me any hint at what it plans to do. But at least WCVC hasn't changed it agent or auditor (either would require registering the event which would show up in public), so there's theoretical reason to hope that they will continue to do their jobs.
Whether or not Nixon is "happy" in his current position I don't know; and while I'd LOVE to see a PR, at least he isn't making promises in PRs that he can't keep. He's probably following his lawyer's advice to keep his mouth shut.
But yes, I'd love to see him 'give a little love' to his current shareholders out of common courtesy, other than occasional updates of yummy food pix on his social media sites.
T53 is a real person. (I don't know where he gets his energy to post in the middle of the night ... but I know he is real.)
I don't know how to answer you
Is it a bot or he writes it himself ?
Here I sit in smelly vapor,
searching for the toilet paper,
how much longer must I linger,
before I'm forced to use my finger.
Everything will be decided between December and April, or 10/14 months after which we will be definitively dead
I don't know on t 53 bases always write "the next best bottom play" .. I think it's a hope for him too
I think we need to know is Nixon delinquent because of the brand lawsuit or bcz he does not want to bring the company current and he abandoned the shareholder and he is happy as is … how can someone franchise a business and grow it if they are not showing honesty with their shareholders … how would ppl want to make business with such company …T53 keeps believing they will file
Form 10 and this is promising … hope until it happens … hope is the oxygen of ppl without hope there is no tomorrow no life … we wait and we see sept 19 is 6 weeks away … heck we have been waiting yrs
No offense to anything you wrote my friend I appreciate your input on the situation, thanks for the sarcasm nonetheless but I'm just frustrated and not happy about the entire adventure we've been on as is everyone else who is invested in this damn company.
What I hope happens is that these restaurants end up being bought out by someone who really wants to take the company somewhere and is serious about getting the Financials up to date and getting this ticker trading again.
So that franchises can begin to open up what we need is new leadership because Nixon certainly isn't a good leader that cat is a lazy loser that doesn't care about anything, I wish I could buy out this company I would do what needs to be done, because I would care about my business because it's mine and I have to take care of it.
A shareholder suit isn't impossible (under certain conditions):
https://www.legalmatch.com/law-library/article/suing-a-corporation-as-a-corporate-shareholder.html
but it would be expensive, and possibly cost more than any monetary award (for all shareholders) if you prevail.
You write "we have been taken by a clear case of massive fraud from top to bottom," but I'll bet you wouldn't prevail on that, since there IS an operating company, and the ONLY reason the SEC revoked WCVC's ticker is for failing to file, NOT for fraud (which the SEC surely would have said something about if there was fraud).
It's true that there are now out-dated webpages (2019) which promise 'increasing shareholder value', but I don't doubt that COVID-19 affected the company (as it did many others), and forced a cancellation of many plans that might have increased shareholder value but for the pandemic.
Should WCVC spend a few bucks to clean up its now misleading-for-being-out-of-date webpages, and if they don't (which they haven't), is that fraud? Maybe, and I don't know. But again, the SEC didn't go after the company for fraud. I'll bet there are at least a few now-abandoned former thriving-business buildings that still sport signs that say something to the effect of "Come in for a GREAT deal!!" Is that fraud?
Besides, no one can become a new shareholder, so no one can buy shares based on those old webpages that promise an increase in shareholder value. (That's the way the SEC 'protects shareholders.")
Sorry for the lecture, as I'm just as unhappy as you are about this. The most satisfaction I get is writing grumpy/sarcastic posts.
[Side note: I haven't entirely abandoned the hope that the company will file a Form 10 and trade again, but as mentioned, I haven't seen any recent evidence that supports that hope.]
I hope one day I can write it too

T 53 continues to write "the next best bottom play" we will see if one day he is right

Burger battle "WHO CARES" and you're asking when are they going to do something? you mean we have to light a fire under Nixon's ass to get him moving that's what.
