Nice to hear from you. Sorry you and your family got burned too. I lost about $15,000 myself. Can't understand why the SEC will not investigate these crooks. I filed complaints and even sent them registered mail. Never got a response. They won't even sign for the mail. Talk about crooks.

I think that they had done many other scams before. Recently I invested into a real company that converts flared gas into electricity at the well frac site. Real contracts and equipment.USWS has been running since Jan 7th. Be safe .

My thinking is that Dan Patience was approached by someone to put it ( CSSI ) together. I have a feeling that he/they have done many others so they know the ropes and procedures to pump/dump the new shell. Tell all friends/family/insiders to get in low , run it, and dump it. I was ask to buy $5k into CSSi before a run but the run never came. I did not put a penny. For these guys its like a puppy mill. I was told by ME Resources Chand that Dan had made them a lot of $ in the past. Whatever that means.? I would assume they had an inside tract to buy low on other pumps and then dump. I tried to keep the channels of communication open but as time went on I smelled dead fish. If my connections had invested a few million dollars it would have vanished . No moral compass. Now w/o a bid/ask we can't even trade for a tax loss. No market. Should have sold a long time ago at .0001 to salvage a few $'s and maybe reinvest in a real co. Time for fraud charges.

Yes, Dan Patience pushed CSSI to me as a quick play last may, 2017.
WPWR , was a well orchestrated scam going all the way with a webcast produced to promote gas flaring and the MRI solution. I have plenty of info for the authorities to follow. Chand of MEC was also very slick. Nancy Pelosi's son took a look at MEC and walked away when he realized MEC and WPWR was a nothing burger. He would have gone on the board to help raise $ thru family and friend connection if he felt it was a legal enterprise. They only were looking for a few million $'s to develop the MRI. If they had had a real prototype to demonstrate to big oil , big oil would have written a check for $20 million in a second. Obviously a nothing burger promoted as lie after lie.

Ecole Polytech and the Canadian Govt are covering for MEC and WPWR. They knew all along what was going on. Especially Ecole Polytech that would not answer my e-mails or phone calls. That is where all the MRU development was suppose to be taking place.
The Canadian institutions are ALL CORRUPT. I hope Trump kicks their azz in the trade negotiations.

Sad but so true. I recently accumulated 29 million shares in a Cyber Security at the ground level ie. 0002. It ran to .00015/16 the first week. Everything looked set for at least 1 to 3 cents within 6 mo. All of the money was made the first week then lies by PR's every week for months. R/S 500 for 1. I lost 1/2 my $.
All the money was made in WPWR the first month. Big money.
I have a lot of info for investigators to track the lies and fraud. I have a friend who is an Investment Banker in NY for 20 yrs. He owns his own firm. Sharp guy grad. of UCLA MBA program. I put him in touch with ME Resources when they were sourcing $ to build the MRI. He normally charges a retainer of $25K just to say hello. As a favor to me he offered to be a consultant ie. helping source funds for $600. per month. They did not jump at the offer. A once in a lifetime opportunity for a real IB to make connections with big boys not criminals.
In retrospect, I now realize that they did not want anyone overlooking their shoulders reviewing blank pages of paper. Other clues. Many that you had noticed. For me it was too late since I had bought a shi. house full of shares. I do not care how long it takes but WPWR and ME Resources will have to pay the piper. Investigators will knock soon.

Wine Maker, Their last filing they claim a loss of over 2 million dollars. How could they lose 2 mil when they have no expenses. No office, no phone, no product. Is the IRS and SEC that stupid too.
These scumbags have committed multiple crimes like fraud, money laundering and others. Problem is, the money is gone offshore and well hidden. You would think the IRS and SEC would at least conduct a investigation. No such chance. I have said it a hundred times but just to bore you to death I will say it again. I feel stupid that I was duped by false info and statements. I also think that the Canadian govt. was duped into thinking that they actually had the tech that they proposed. RTV, Unfortunately you are probably right. Wine maker makes me laugh when he says he is going to get the Canadian SEC to go after WPWR and Patiences' brother at MEC. It is a joke. It is an empty threat. Canadian SEC and the American SEC do nothing to protect investors against these kinds of scams.
You see RTV even if the SEC from either country went after one of the crooks, the investors would get none of their money back anyway. The SEC fines them and keeps the money. I think that the brother ( DR. Patience ) had a theory about flaring that was partially workable in the lab and then the powers to be said we can create a few shell companies w/ fake addresses and somewhat smart people ( ME Resources ) and spin to media, investors, Canadian govt., World Bank, etc. Those who got in at .005 and it went to .81 made a fortune. I saw the stock pop at 51 cents and bought a few 1000 shares . It went to 81 cents then down. Unfortunately, I kept buying to avg. down with the hope of the MRI completion. Very smooth operators. Always an excuse as to why the MRI was not manufactured and being tested. I have traded a lot of stocks for many yrs. but I guess that I wanted to believe that we had a $60. stock or higher w/ the tech and billions of $'s to be saved from wasted flaring. For some reason the MM's still trade the stock. I may have to just sell my multiple millions and
take a tax writeoff. One last try to get movement. I think that there were others who had contact with Chand and Dan and we were all fed nonsense. Its like the Ponzi people, the check is in the mail at the end of the Ponzi because no new money coming in to feed the beast. Early people did well and all of the rest of us left sucking the hind tit of the old cow. What goes around comes around.

Appreciate your post. I felt two years ago the scam was on. Actions or inactions will tell you volumes. I should have listened to myself and my own DD. You probably listened to Dan Patience and got scammed too. Like Joe I was also believing you were in on the false information. I don't know if you are or aren't. At this point I don't see getting any of our money back.
This was a typical Canadian Scam from day one. The theory was great, too bad it was all a big Hoax. These Canadians have no conscience. Screw the Americans any way you can.

I am still sitting on a shiZ pot of millions of shares of WPWR ( unfortunately ). Here is what i know at this time. I still have an open line with Dan even though no contact for over 3 months. I have been very direct that all longs have given up about ever seeing a real product from WPWR or ME Resources. We just want to breakeven any way possible. Dan, acknowledges that ME Resources dropped the ball. Dan , claims that his brother is trying to tweek the patent enough to bring to market outside of ME Resources since they bought patent rights.
This is mostly 100% horseshiZ IMO.
I have told Dan that ME Resources has violated the original agreements with WPWR. He knows that we as a group are ready to go to Canadian SEC type regulators, prosecutors, etc. I have told him, we want updates ( status ) via PR's . Any new news ( tech ) to drive the stock . It would not take that many buys by MM's, etc. to move and or create a run.
I really believed from the beginning that with the new tech on flaring that it was a winner but as time passed we all saw many warning signs. Unfortunately after we had piled on ten's of millions of shares it turned to SHIZ. I will try one more time to suggest that WPWR do what is good for long term shareholders and we can all move on. Otherwise, We'll send in the dogs to their apparently staged (Smoke and mirrors ) flaring solution company .
When the big oil boys did not jump on board w/ a few million $ to bring to market that was the first sign that it was probably a nothing burger ( no bun no meat only the wrapper ).
ME Resources no longer will answer the phone after one yr. +. If I hear anything, I'll post so that we can know what to do. As many long WPWR holders, we had hoped for a real success ( MRI's ) .
Either, they perform one way or the other or we send in the dogs. I am retired so I have plenty of time to make calls. I can not make any promises but I will try one last time to make contact .
