"A fantastic investor meeting". Now available on their website under investors.
Thank you! Makes me feel much better that there was an actual call. Will give it a listen!
Here is a link to the conf. call. Kind of interesting. There are a few tidbits of info in there. Mentioned something about "signing their first contract as an energy company". More coming in the next few weeks.
WAST June 12, 2025 Conference Call
Sooooo what the heck happened yesterday with the call lol? Does anybody know? I don't even see the press release anymore about the phone call. Not sure what is gonig on. Doesn't exactly look the greatest on their end.
Ok..if you do please update us. Thanks.
I'm going to try again at 5:30 ET just in case someone had their timezone confused. (update: NADA)
I'm not having much luck connecting to the WAST video call right now. Stuck in the waiting room. Tried desktop, app, and phone.

Anyone try to join the call at 4:30? I was waiting to get in but I never did. Was it a dud?
Woo Woooo...All Aboard..!!
Another solid PR from WAST this morning. Adding a veteran waste-to-energy expert to the advisory board is another big step towards making this a big winner. ALL ABOARD!! This train is definitely set to leave the station.
Waste Energy Corp Welcomes Leonard Enriquez, MIT Graduate and Waste Infrastructure Specialist to its Advisory Board
Another day of eager buying into the conf. call on Thursday. The chart is A++.
Interesting PR today. Good to see the Q get filed. I'm surprised to read they are building and moving to Texas. Wonder what happened to their Fayetteville, North Carolina plans. It was supposedly approximately 80% built out already at the end of March. Hopefully, we get a thorough update during the conference call Thursday after market close.
Wow, 52 week highs every week..
news flow coming. great looking chart.

Big money. Is building wall on this thing..
Well said.. me too..
Break through 2 cents looks great on the chart. I'm looking forward to the next updates from the company.
Stock chart is looking good. Trying to breakthrough 2 cents. Pretty small float and not much offered for sale under 5 cents.
Ready to move higher with volume.
People must agree. Look at volume this week. Very nice
Stop looking pretty healthy with increasing volume I'm in one mill.
So the "Fayetteville Faker" continues on her/his/they're path to post false information as an unnamed source designed to lie and damage Waste Energy and its shareholders. If your telling the truth sign it. Tell us all who you are so we can evaluate your integrity. I'm surprised you think quoting a NC law is a thinly veiled threat. Its the law. Its a fact.
Here's the basic OpenAI definition:
In North Carolina, tortious interference involves a third party intentionally interfering with a contract or business relationship between two parties, causing harm to one of them. It can involve interfering with an existing contract or with prospective business relationships. The key elements to establish tortious interference include the existence of a contract or prospective contract, knowledge of the contract by the defendant, intentional interference, and resulting damages.
Here's the "Research"
Here's tonight's ridiculous disclaimer comment. Its like the Faker is fishing because he/she/they don't know the answer to they/them questions. The disclaimer says basically, if you think I'm lying show me. Why? Do it yourself. Your the one reposted press releases from crackheads, prove your own point.
Your claim of a judgement against any member of the management team for civil racketeering is false. It would take about 10 minutes to confirm that if you did the actual research. I did. Its pretty easy. Instead you ask others to do it for you while you repost a press release from this guy. You are literally taking the word of a crackhead:
From the Miami Pres Release:
"Three years later, Fort Lauderdale police officers discovered Farrow passed out on the couch of a vacant Flagler Village apartment. Farrow gave a “bizarre, disjointed and rambling” response when asked how he’d gotten there, and the officers found an “off-white, chunky rock” of crack cocaine in the pocket of his jeans after they took him into custody, per the arrest report."
In case your wondering. Here he is. REALLY. This is your guy.

Howdy,
Appreciate the enthusiasm — though it’s disappointing to see not just insults, but thinly veiled threats (“new revenue stream,” “can’t wait to find out who you are,” etc.).
There seems to be a misunderstanding. Please review our full report and the supporting references again:

Yes, pyrolysis exists. But that doesn’t make it clean, safe, or appropriate — especially when marketed as “AI-powered green tech” by a company with **no disclosed emissions data** and a track record of speculative ventures.
Our city already has **two active Superfund sites** — we know what environmental harm looks like. We will not allow anyone to poison our families while adding another toxic dump to Fayetteville, all to fuel someone’s next “serial entrepreneurial” project — and then leave taxpayers with the cleanup bill.

DYOR.
Beware of unnamed, uninformed, scammers like PennyPFAS.
We live in the age where someone with a $10 dollar domain name can build an AI lead gen webpage in an hour for less than a hundred bucks, make wild claims, unnamed of course and then go into hiding.
Lets call him/her/they the "Fayetteville Faker" until we find out the name of the person/company behind this "research".
Here's what the Faker left out. Where and how pyrolysis in actually being used to clean up plastic waste and garbage around the world. I don't see it banned anywhere on the globe. Of course as with nearly all of the "research" from the he/she/they Faker, the claim of course has no names.
Oh yeah, and here's the link to the hard hitting research about the attorney that filed a, now dismissed, racketeering charge against members of the management team. He was recently hit with a$17 Million judgement for a different "Racketeering" charge and is a complete scam artist (see the link below). The Faker should really read about the Attorney's actions behind the $17 Million judgement, very similar, bought a fake domain, made wild claims, didn't disclose who he was until it was discovered in the lawsuit. It was related to slander and tortious interference of a business, interesting. And the company that was sued won a judgement not only against the guy that sued him, the judgement is also against the lawyer that filed the suit, its more than $17 Million and accrues $1.5 Million per year in interest until its paid in full.
Can't wait until Waste Energy finds out the name of the Fayetteville Faker, new potential revenue stream.

*** I’m not giving financial advice ***
Heads up to anyone holding or watching WAST.
A company called Waste Energy Corp. is trying to build a 30-ton-per-day pyrolysis (plastic + tire burning) plant in Fayetteville, NC — near schools, homes, and low-income neighborhoods.
They're calling it "AI-powered clean energy," but in reality:
- It’s pyrolysis — a banned or heavily regulated process in many countries
- It emits PFAS, dioxins, and VOCs — linked to cancer and infertility
- Their CEO and advisors have ties to past failed ventures and penny stock pumps
We investigated everything: lawsuits, false marketing, regulatory silence, and more.

Investors deserve to know what this company is really doing and what kind of blowback could be coming.

I'm here. Got in at .007
Could be ready for a move here. Volume seems to be picking up.
FAIRFIELD, CA / ACCESSWIRE / November 21, 2024 / Waste Energy Corp. ("Waste Energy" or the "Company"), (OTCQB:WAST), a pioneering waste-to-energy company, today released an update regarding its groundbreaking plastic waste-to-fuel conversion business using advanced pyrolysis technology and AI. The company has identified four strategic locations in 2 states for its initial operations, signaling a bold step toward combating plastic pollution while addressing the world's growing demand for sustainable energy.
The locations Waste Energy has identified to launch its initial operations are in North Carolina and Florida, these sites were selected based on their proximity to abundant plastic waste sources, strong community support, and existing infrastructure for waste management and logistics. These facilities will be equipped with state-of-the-art pyrolysis reactors capable of processing various types of non-recyclable plastics and converting them into valuable fuels such as diesel, gasoline, and industrial-grade feedstock.
"Plastic waste is one of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time, and our technology stack based on Pyrolysis and AI offers a practical, scalable solution," said Waste Energy President Scott Gallagher. "By transforming discarded waste plastics into clean-burning fuels, we aim to reduce landfill waste, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and contribute to the circular economy while building a profitable, sustainable business."
At the core of Waste Energy's innovative approach is pyrolysis technology, which thermally decomposes plastic waste in an oxygen-free environment to produce reusable hydrocarbons without releasing harmful toxins. This proven, scalable method effectively diverts plastic waste from landfills and waterways while generating high-value, energy-rich byproducts. These byproducts, including clean-burning fuels, can replace traditional fossil fuels across transportation, industrial, and power generation sectors, creating a compelling investment opportunity in the burgeoning circular economy.
The company's initial facility is projected to process up to 20 tons of plastic waste daily upon launch in early 2025, with a targeted ramp-up to 200 tons per day by the end of the same year. This scale represents a significant leap in waste-to-energy capability, with each facility generating substantial fuel outputs and contributing to measurable reductions in plastic pollution. In addition to environmental benefits, the operations will create high-value employment opportunities and catalyze economic growth in surrounding communities.
To ensure swift and efficient project deployment, Waste Energy's management team has already held productive meetings with local officials in two of its four shortlisted locations with additional meetings scheduled for next week. The final site selection is expected by the end of 2024, with the inaugural facility slated to commence operations in Q1 2025.
