I think the 8k and 8ka correction was to correct the 0.43 stock price to .043

We can go back and look but there were no other substantial corrections. The Shemn Corp signing is a mystery.

Looks like there is a new poster over on the other Board, a Dragon that is into AYTU Bioscience. I wonder why she is there?

Possible! (IMO), These are the facts as I see them:

March 17th, 2020 - Dr. Doki signed CLSI 8-k as SHEMN CEO.

March 18th, 2020 - Dr. Doki signed CLSI 8-k as SHEMN CEO.

It appears that he wanted that to be seen for whatever reason?

(It is possible that the March 17th, 2020 CLSI 8-k was an error, but the "FACT" that Dr. Doki did not correct it in the March 18th CLSI 8-k (or anytime thereafter), leaves the door open to suggestion, and mirrors the same pathology that the old CLSI had taken from LIZ to Tony then to Dr. Doki who now owns the new CLSI).

And in my opinion the name VitaSpring is purly Hindu Indian, the same a Dr. Doki.

Same missteps? Time will tell.


April 27th, 2020 - SHEMN CORP. change it's name to VitaSpring Biomedical CO. Ltd now seems to be following the same path. Just my observations.

Thanks. It's like I said, every CEO has their own style! (IMO), His is "Quietly", working in the void (silence). Isn't that what everyone is complaining about. (IMO), It's business 101 in my book. Stealthy is a business strategy RIGHT? Not touting anything here but, I do have several BA's and MBA's in business. I maybe able to shed light on what others might not see or miss (IMO). I don't know, just my feeling. Don't we all kind of do that when we pick investments, (stocks) for the most part, "Guess"?

I don't have any inside information or contacts, but just state my opinions from my past work experiences and observations. (I am a believer that; IT'S NOT THE STRUMING OF THE STRING THAT MAKES THE MUSIC, IT'S THE VOID (SILENCES) BETWEEN THE STRUMMING THAT MAKES THE MOST BUEATIFUL MUSICIAL SOUNDS". Hence; A TOP 40 HIT!!

Both CLSI-8-k's from March 17th, 2020 and March 18th, 2020 were both identified as: SHEMN CORP. CEO - Naveen Doki. And both 8-k's were never changed!! And don't forget, Tony was signing waaaaay past his time as CEO for CLSI. Things happen "Quietly".

Time will tell!

I know all of this, thanks for the reminder though. How is that phone call going with Sam Mathews? Did anyone call about the SHEMN CORP as you indicated? If they knew nothing, how come they did not tell you that while you were on the phone, instead of delaying the answer and indicating: (I will have someone call you back)? Anyway, give them another call. See what's up! Shake that tree and get to the bottom of it.

No only one company CLSI, they file an 8k then the CEO signs it. A CEO from another company can not file an 8k on a different company.

CLSI filed an 8 k and it should of been signed by the CEO of CLSI.

The 8K & 8Ka were both signed as Shemn Corp with Doki as the CEO. No where can I find anything associating Doki with Shemn Corp or as an officer.

Just saying that we need to get to the bottom of this.

Wolfson's are out. They have no interest in being a publicly traded company. The Wolfson's have no ties to Doki.

Lots of DD to be done, numbers crunched, news to come out, new companies to be released.

The first part of your question, falls in line with any stock investment(s), "you put your bets down" see where it goes. Second, Two companies, each has a CEO. Third, (4) known (??unknown-??) stock watchers here.

Hey I am all with you but just because I want something to be true it doesn't make it true. Dr. Doki signed as CEO of Shemn Corp, we just need to determine what that means. How can a CEO of one corp sign the 8K of another?

I would like to get clarification on this. It would be interesting to see if Epsilon acquisition services has a history with VSBC or SHNC.

Vita is a Hindu Girl name. The name means: Life, Wishes, Lucky number associated with the number (7).

Spring is a Hindu word symbolizing Holi (religion) and is celebrated by all Hindus across India. India rituals are for personal benefits, peace, religion, and benefits for the whole society, hence; "Spring around the world" colors that spring brings. (VITASPRING)!

Dr. Doki is from my understanding, Hindu.

The name Doki meaning is a Hindu boy name. Doki has many unique and popular boy names with multiple meanings. The Doki name comes from Agra India (New Deli region). The name Doki is religious and is associated with the number (3). Indian's excel in medicine, computers, spelling, education and business to name a few educational core emphasis's.

The name of this company "VITASPRING", is by no accident (IMO)!

I think this board is a better place to discuss VSBC relationship to CLSI than the CLSI board, Lets keep this info here for now.

CLSI is a hold in my opinion and accumulation at .01 is a good investment based on what we know. I also have a small group of shareholders that I keep in contact with by email.

I still have not got an answer about Shemn corp, that was my question that he said he would have someone call me on.

Interesting conversation with Sam Mathew, His name is on the Press release under contact Info.

He stated it was put on the press release in error but then answered a few questions. Yes there has been a delay because of the pandemic, They did buy the shell and they are actively acquiring companies. He also mentioned that they will be changing the name.

I find it interesting that he said We bought the shell like he is a partner or something. He also confirmed the legitimacy of the project. His main point was to give my number to someone and have them call me to answer my questions but I kept asking for confirmation that the deal was legitimate. He said that it is legitimate and it is early in the process.

As I said over on the CLSI board, time will tell. I cannot discount (error) because I do not know that it was an error. I only know what was reported as (fact). Anything else is only pure speculation at this point. If error happend, SHEMN/VSBC will continue on by itself. Only time will tell. But one thing is for sure, "Quiet" is the name of the game IMO.
