Please don't accuse me of trying to scare people out of shares. I don't operate that way. I'm just really tired of the silence and lack of revenue going on 4 years. All I've wanted last 2 years is a CC where EVERYTHING can be explained to EVERYONE so all the assuming from me and others can stop and we can be brought up to date. I would love to be proven wrong on all my assumptions about VXIT, but Company silence continues.

Ahh perfect, thanks for confirming that no one here needs to be worried about the “debt” as it’s truly not VXIT’s. Its all due to the previous ownership.

None of which has to do with VirExit which are apparently “currently” fighting this in litigation.
This “debt” I believe was mostly termination fees for backing out the deal, but I could be wrong just going from memory.

There really isn’t much debt created by VXIT… as not much has happened, lol.
Other than Corporate Pay,Fees, and Marketing they haven’t spent much.

In other words… they don’t seem to be worried about the previous companies operations and that “debt” is most likely not one that will ever need to be paid.

So why are you all the sudden worried about it?
That “debt” is the least of our worries… I need more proof of life, it’s getting quite ridiculous, only breadcrumbs and none of which are really satisfying.
There’s plenty to debate and worry about but that past debt Unrelated to VXIT isn’t one of them.

Good points. So let's continue to assume, since that's all one can do when a Company goes mute, a generous profit margin of $1k per scanner. To clear $4 million in debt over 4000 Scanners need to sold. Again, this assumes no other income streams and not taking into account additional 2024 business expenses. Heaven help us !

Assuming being a DTII Scanner distributor would be VXIT's only income stream ( Yes, very big assumption) ...

ZERO MENTION of ANY DEAL w/ $DTII, and no mention of "scanners" or any other key-words you might want to search for... so assuming there's ANY business w/ $DTII is a pretty big assumption, not to mention "revenue streams" or any other fantasy.

When previously looked into, I think I figured less than $1K net per scanner to $DTII, so even less to a so-called distributor lol.
