US TAX on MJ was a win win where it's foundation is based on mass quantities of dispensaries. Canadian TAX on MJ due to much less population and lack of large cities across the country is based on it's growers. As the health of Canadian growers remains poor, US states keep adding dispensaries. I'd say Canada needs to move first. Which is first? Only the shadow knows! :) I do expect to see $10 some day.
