Wood expects autonomous taxi platforms to deliver $8 trillion to $10 trillion in revenue globally in 2030 "from almost zero right now."
Recruiting to begin again at Verses. This signals that 'Genius' is complete and commercialization will be announced soon.
They will need to hire people to deal with customers and onboarders.
Contracts should be announced first, then commercialization, then a huge financing to get it all started...
Well yeah. Every company is _____ as a Service (aaS) nowadays.
For those wanting to know what Verses is going to be paid by companies using its services...I repeat...Comment from company...We anticipate offering subscription tiers priced based on usage and pricing will be informed by various performance metrics gathered during the beta program.
As for my last point today, people should not expect a huge investment, such as the $350 million bandied about, unless they get signed contracts that can back that up for investors.
Last year Gabriel Rene stated that he expected to see $300-400 million in revenue in 2025.That is how the $350 million number came up.
If you have that much revenue, investors can safely put up an investment of that much because they know the future.Do a 10x for price/earnings and you come up with $3.5 billion valuation.
Any major funding will depend on contracts signed for the long term.Until those are seen and proven, there won't be any major funding rounds.
Commercialization is supposedly just around the corner,so contracts should start getting signed as the product is basically finished.
Let's see where this goes over the next 2-3 months.
Verses AI was mainly put together for robotics,3D-4D movement predictability.
Warehouses were perfect for their original products.
Either what they are seeing with the Atari games,or something else entirely internally, they are attempting to branch out into other fields they probably weren't even thinking about.
Or at least willing to say,"What if...?'....and experimenting with companies in those fields willing to give it a shot.
As an investor,it gets me to thinking,"Hmm...what if...?"
Interesting to see the different sectors that are trying out Genius to see how it works in environments that have no answer for their particular problems.
Telecoms can't find a solution to the fraud they deal with every year.Even the 3-letter agencies can't solve them. It's like tracing a phone call, but multiplied by 100.
And trying to figure out which sectors or stocks to invest in with a program is a fool's game.
Both of these beta partnerships are experiments,to see if it's possible.
Verses can come out of the Beta Phase, and go commercial, and still run Betas for new potential customers. This will always be the case.No one knows for sure if it can work for their particular problem.
This is how all software works,or the pulp industry, chemicals etc, which test their products with potential customers to see if the mix between the two can work into something better.
It is clear these beta customers are testing the predictability and learning claims of Genius after seeing the Atari results in person and talking to the company at Davos.
The Atari results were stunning.
Imo,these two new sectors are next to impossible to break down.If they show any promise, they have done something never done before.
VERSES Partners with Leading Global Investment Firm for Genius™ Beta

If that is the case, why are they spending so much on stock promotion?
its like magical pooo
Money, power & ingenuity are coalescing right in Verses' proximity. They already have established partnerships with the key players. It seems they are slow walking their horse for now. DeepSeek went from an unknown entity to the #1 selling App overnight. If or when Verses goes, it will be like the Big Bang. Everything, everywhere, all at once! All rockets have a certain degree of risk. https://www.agbi.com/ai/2025/01/mgx-could-use-trump-deal-as-springboard-to-global-stage/
VERSES® Partners with Top Australian Telecom for Genius™ Beta
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- VERSES AI Inc. (CBOE:VERS) (OTCQB:VRSSF) ("VERSES'' or the "Company”), a cognitive computing company specializing in next generation intelligent systems, announces that a leading Australian telecommunications company has joined the Genius beta program to focus on one of the largest issues plaguing their industry globally: fraudulent or illegal use of telecommunications services.
According to credit reporting agency, TransUnion, in 2023 $38.95 Billion was lost to telecom fraud and a report by The Global Leaders’ Forum (GLF), a network of leaders from the world’s largest international carriers, found that 64% of carriers state that fraudulent traffic is a top priority. One of the most common issues telecom operators face today is the prevalence of fraudulent access or hijacked accounts. Although there have been many advances in multi-factor authentication, there are just as many workarounds and hacks to circumvent them.
The telecom provider is eager to implement Genius Agents given their unique ability to model complex dynamic systems, quantify uncertainty, and continuously learn how to make increasingly more accurate predictions.
“VERSES is attracting more large-scale opportunities at an enterprise level where the organization is excited about the capabilities and prospects that Genius provides,” said Michael Wadden, VERSES Chief Commercial Officer. “Genius’ unique ability to continuously reason, predict and act addresses a category of real-world problems that the latest LLMs like OpenAI’s o1 or Deepseek’s R1 still struggle to reliably solve. In this scenario potentially mitigating fraud at scale would create exceptional value for the provider.”

Deepseek is winning weeee
What has to be remembered is that Verses AI isn't even out of its beta phase yet.
Anybody name another o/s or any other tech that made a big splash before it was even out of beta testing?
Cathy Wood of Ark Investments has just called for Tesla to hit $2600/share within 5 years, based on their Robo-taxis plan.
She also said on an MSNBC interview that Volvo has built a strong safety record in their Full Autonomous Vehicle experiments and Tesla will use their tech for the taxis.
Volvo has been working for years now with Verses AI tech to perfect this work.
She said the Full Autonomous Vehicle experiment is the biggest in the world today.
The news that came out of Abu Dhabi this week was great news for Verses.
The first contract for Analog and Verses was an experiment to see if their technology would work in real life situations.
Abu Dhabi announced this week they will be completing the entire project now and have allocated $3.3 billion to get it done.
This is validation for Analog and Genius,of which Analog said they couldn't do the job without.
Abu Dhabi has plans to develop and promote smart city projects around the world as a business
Abu Dhabi itself is an experiment to use AI in all areas of city infrastructure to perfect the plan.
Let's see where this goes from here.
Seems like under $1 very soon. Just hoping not a 50% or greater crash.
Hope slowly Clears the path for the new Height!!
Looks like they are shorting this play.
At least Einstock isn't chiming in here while he cashes out on another $10k month 😂
down down it goes weeee
The Stargate announcement at the White House centered on President Trump, Sam Altman, Masa Son, Larry Ellison and institutional investor MGX. MGX is in partnership with G42. G42 has made a significant investment in Verses AI. I'm just following the bread crumbs here. I like the direction this is going......................

VERSES Genius™ Agent Outperforms Leading AI Algorithms at Major Industry Benchmark
Demonstrating High Performance in “Atari Challenge” with 90% Less Data, 96% Faster Training, 96% Smaller Model Size; Applicable to Real-World Challenges
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2025/01/22/3013198/0/en/VERSES-Genius-Agent-Outperforms-Leading-AI-Algorithms-at-Major-Industry-Benchmark.html
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- VERSES AI Inc. (CBOE:VERS) (OTCQB:VRSSF) ("VERSES'' or the "Company”), a cognitive computing company specializing in next-generation intelligent systems, has shared preliminary results on its variant of the “Atari 100K Challenge” a leading AI industry benchmark, where software agents must learn gameplay proficiency, on their own, using a limited amount of training data.
The results, which can be found in a blog post on the Company’s website titled “Mastering Atari Games with Natural Intelligence,” showcase how agents powered by GeniusTM, a toolkit for developing intelligent agents, were able to match or exceed the performance of state-of-the-art Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) and Transformer algorithms using 90% less data. DRL is the algorithm that underpins work such as Google Deepmind’s AlphaZero, AlphaGo, and AlphaFold, while Transformers are the foundation of Generative AI and LLMs like OpenAI’s GPT, and other popular models like Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Gemini, Meta’s Llama, X.AI’s Grok and others.
“The Atari Challenge represents more than just machines playing games. Video games are a proxy for the complex dynamic systems all around us,” said Gabriel René, founder and CEO of VERSES. “We need AI to help us to better navigate the complexity and uncertainty of the real-world; yet state-of-the-art AI algorithms remain too unreliable, inefficient and unexplainable. While there is more work to be done to productize this research into Genius, we believe these early results and the research behind them signal a historical shift towards developing smarter, safer and more scalable AI.”
The Atari 100k benchmark has been used to test an agent's ability to excel in three critical areas: interactivity, generalization, and efficiency. VERSES’ variant, known as “Atari 10k,” tests for these same capabilities, using only 1/10th of the sample data. This increase in efficiency reduces the need to rely on large datasets and compute architectures, and indicates applicability to real-world problems where data can be sparse, incomplete, noisy, and where learning may need to occur in real time. Genius agents have demonstrated these capabilities across multiple Atari games by efficiently learning about the objects and physical mechanics of the game environments through interaction, on their own, without the need for human supervision. By learning the hidden cause-effect dynamics in the games, the agents were able to better predict outcomes and select optimal actions to outperform the state-of-the-art models even across multiple games with different objects, dynamics and goals. In contrast, DRL and Transformer architectures must rely on substantial training data and compute as well as bespoke tuning to ‘fit’ with the gameplay mechanics.
“By aligning with how intelligence has evolved in nature and how energy efficient biological systems must act to preserve their existence, we believe that the architecture and methods that underwrite Genius offer a sustainable and scalable means to building ecosystems of authentic, autonomous and agentic intelligence,“ said Karl Friston, VERSES Chief Scientist.
“By Applying the Free Energy Principle, the Active Inference framework, and Bayesian Machine Learning, we are working on developing an efficient and generalized architecture that allows intelligent agents to learn and develop expertise across any domain,“ said Hari Thiruvengada, VERSES Chief Technology Officer. “The reasoning, planning, and online learning capabilities that allow a Genius Agent to engage in dynamic gameplay is extremely relevant to applications such as classification, recommendations, prediction, and decision-making across a variety of industries, including financial, medical, risk analysis, autonomous driving, robotics and more.”

this turd biscuit is going below 1.00 weee
Tough day today for the stock price.
The Mastermind results were seen online a short while before they put out a PR about them.
They're doing the same this time.
I can't profess to know why they have waited both times, but this is the second time.
Let's see what it leads to...
Wow, picked up more after drop. Blue skies ahead. Looks like a battle to try and crush this tiny upstart company from taking on the big boys this morning. Someone doesn't like all these great results coming from these "unknowns" after billions wasted on other forms of AI
Insanity. OTC showing weakness.
Extremely impressive results in the Atari games!
These were done on only 10k,a test no one else in AI has even attempted. It was like IRIS wasn't even in the room.
It goes to show just how complicated even the 100k is,when none of the LLMs can even conquer that without spending a ton of money, and still only winning a % of the time.
Verses 10k step will be embraced by the AI world!
The institutions that got in on the last PP,got in before the next news comes out at Davos.
When the next news comes out, they will begin pushing this stock on their customers, along with guys like Tobin Smith with all his followers.
The price will spike with record volume on the promotion.
The next news following Davos will spike it again.
It's all in the hands of the institutions now...
Michael Wadden tonight on LinkedIn..."Thank you to the team at AGP for leading our first institutional investment round. Now the rocket is fueled!"
Now,why would the institutions choose now to do their first investment round?
Nice recovery. Stock showing strength.
Just have no clue how to value this company.
It could be worth $10 million or $10 billion.
I guess time will tell.
In the last PR,verses states that they plan on showing that Genius can outperform current state-of-the-art deep reinforcement learning 'Models'...plural.
Was that just a term they meant encompassed the entire genre, and only went up against one of them,or did they do the test against multiple models and beat them all?
It'll be interesting to see the reaction if they went through the process to beat them all.
liar liar pants on fire congress is talking about overhauling power system fir a i
you are on blow?
Remember when Gabriel Rene said that the plan was to make Genius an App Store for developers?
Genius is going to be a stand alone operating system(O/S) on the brand new Web 3.0 that deals mostly in 3D-4D.
LLMs were basically obsolete the moment they were thought of.There was a finite amount of data, then they would be at their limit.
They are there now.
None of them can achieve profitability because of the sheer amount of power they use.
The next 6 weeks here will be something to witness.
The next 6 months will be astounding!
The shorts were given a window of one week before the next significant news is released,so they get to play their games until Thurs-Friday,that is when it should turn on a dime.
Whenever any stock is given notice ahead of time of a specific target date for news, the shorts take advantage.
VERSES to Release Atari Benchmark Results at World Economic Forum in Davos
Chief Scientist Karl Friston and Executive Team to be Featured at Key Events to Discuss Details
January 13, 2025 08:15 ET | Source: VERSES AI Inc.
In December they put out a PR stating they had released an updated version of Genius.
Afterwards they announced that they had easily beaten Open AI in the Mastermind Atari game.
That updated version of Genius was the version that took Genius to the next level and conquered all the Atari games.
They were now ready for general release.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia , Jan. 13, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- VERSES AI Inc a cognitive computing company specializing in next generation intelligent systems, today announces that Chief Scientist Karl Friston and members of their senior leadership team will be returning to The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2025, taking place on January 20-24th in Davos, Switzerland , where they will participate in a number of meetings, panels and interviews.
During this event VERSES plans to release an update on the previously announced Atari 10K Challenge. Preliminary results have demonstrated that VERSES Active Inference-based models can achieve comparable or better performance than current state-of-the-art reinforcement learning models using just 90% less data (10k frames) and a fraction of the compute. The update will contain results and video demonstrations of VERSES meeting or exceeding human-level performance on multiple Atari games.
The next 6-7 weeks heading into Q2 will be extremely interesting,as they stated they would begin production of Genius.
They will need to raise a huge sum of money for hiring and marketing.
After they show the Atari results at Davos in front of the entire AI community, the next 6 months afterward will be something to behold for a penny stock.
Looks like Tobin Smith will get the rest of his Atari results at the Davos conference in front of the entire AI community.
10k,not 100k,which is the only one the multi-billion dollar LLMs can finish, and only partially.
"Stockwatch" https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item/Z-C!VERS-3640819/C/VERS
This is a long stretch in between reports by Tobin Smith.
He said he had talked to Gabriel Rene in the October report and was told all 26 games would be released in 40 days.
I wonder if he's waiting for the release of the rest of the games before he puts out another report?
Next week all businesses should be running normally again after the holidays.
Is it possible that Verses releases something next week?
yea what institutions are investing and how much and what date
Used to take 1-2 months to close a PP for $10 million.
This one will take two days for double the amount.
It's not cheap to run these companies. The LLMs go through billions every year.
The institutions are stepping up quicker and with more money,so they must see some runway coming.
Horrible price for the $20 financing. Stock will take a hit temporarily but should recover when financing closes.
JMO.
