Value Holdings Inc. is a turnaround. Its a holding company that was doing okay but had been in decline. It had been on the big board but lost market value and got moved down to the OTC. Then came John Ziner who took over and started focusing the company on the lumber business.....which is booming.....and soon VALH was generating millions in revenues AND profits!
The acquisition strategy has been aggressive. When I found this stock it was under .10 and it has since risen and stayed above .20 and even reached .70+ for awhile before the market tanked this spring.
Its worth a look if you are looking for a relatively cheap per share stock because: 1) Its fully reporting, 2) Generating some big revenues, 3) Actually generating some profit, 4) Has an aggressive acquisition strategy to grow the business and establish itself as a complete lumber operation hitting on all levels of the business, 5) Is focused on creating and using new technology to accomplish more efficiency, less waste and pollution and create better products and distribution, and 6) is looking to use the Internet to expand its business and make ordering its products more efficient.
