Yea, I got nothing either. Guess we wait and see.
I don't know! USGA is quietly going up.
Do you figure it out? What news?
How do you figure?
there's hope. Something is brewing. Anyone know?
USGA l2 thin
maybe something is going on
This year, about 175% increasing stock value
Does anyone know anything about USGA now
With Trump building the wall, maybe somebody came across Mapsands and thought it was still relevant.
Why is this running today ? Big moves
no filings on watch list
Why is this running today ? Big moves
now what,Groger, from .0004 -->.0002, do you
it's really "breathing" of long time dead?
Maybe something alive going on. Hard to know!
I am with you -- been holding for years, waiting and wondering year after year. I guess as long it is breathing I'll hang on.
I hold USGA for years. Wondering if it has chances
to move upward. Seem like it still alive. Does anyone
here, if you are still around, know anything new
about USGA. Dead, alive, or just some stimulation?
Makes you wonder did hope that he changed his ways. He still has yet to sell shares unless they are violating SEC filing laws.
I think we have chances Groger. Yes, better odds than LasVegas. I have USGA over 10yrs, sitting there. Perhaps something is boiling, the company is alive again, strong, our bought someday?
--------------------
Sometimes I get the urge to buy more. I tell myself that would be like throwing money to the wind. But then I think, like you said, why are they keeping the company alive? Is there something on the horizon we don't know about. A hundred bucks for 100,000 shares may be better odds than Las Vegas. Or what about a million shares for $1K? I already have a couple million, what's a million more? I have some shares from way back that I paid $1.55 for. At least I can use them to offset gains elsewhere. Maybe I keep my shares just to have something to dream about. And then there is the faint possibility that once I sold out the company would rise from the ashes and I'd never ever forgive myself. And so it goes . . (Groger)
I'll take the ask!
Schwab is showing the ASK price of USGA as $555.25 and the BID price as only .001. Weird.
Anything would be better than this endless waiting. I just want some action or closure.

Nothing would make me happier than having this shell sold to a viable company. However, that fact that there are shareholders like us still holding may make the shell less attractive. Nevertheless,I don't think Scorzelli would continue to file the required SEC paperwork and pay the fees year after year if they did not have some plan for the company/shell.
Thanks for the response, Mike. I wonder if there is a number of years that must pass before the company can restart without dealing with the past. Maybe we are simply in a holding pattern until the time limit is over. I have no idea, but I sure would like to see something happen that would put a little change in our pockets. We deserve a bone or something to award us for sticking with the company all these years following the legal problems.
Valuations for a clean shell are all over the place. $100k seems to be a average. Check this site for a sample.

Let's get this thing sold!
Does anyone know what a shell might be worth? I know there are several variables, but in the case of USGA, what is your best guess? I have no clue myself. I just want to have a figure to dream about. Thanks!
I don't know if it is just coincidence but 1.2m traded this morning. Maybe that shell is becoming more attractive.
Let's see
Ok Drugman,
It is pretty much as I thought. Pat has always been accessible. I think he came on board for the technology but the company's problems long pre-dated his arrival.
Getting financing is all about timing and I think by 2007 that well was starting to dry up. I always knew it was a long shot to succeed but there was always a chance. Anyway, let's see if they can reverse merge and maybe we will have the opportunity to own something else.
Many thanks for following up
Thanks for the report! I'm glad to know there is still some hope.
Hey he answered the phone. He was very pleasant.
He said the company is basically a shell at this stage. It had a few near misses with some major contracts that unfortunately didn't pan out.
There is some technology they still own, but because the way technology has advanced so much the last 10 years it has little value.
As far as Mapsands failure, he believes because it had the capability of lethal force as it's final option, this scared away the politicians.
They haven't sold any radomes the last few years.
As far as the filters. They were offered a contract, which required them to come up with a million dollars to meet production needs. They tried but were unable to do so.
He is surprised as anyone that it still trades as much as it does and believes that the future here maybe be reverse merger as it is a clean shell.
Thanks for the number
I thought Pat left the company a few years ago.
But heck I'll give it a try.
If I remember correctly the cigarette filters failed because they couldn't produce them cheap enough for the cigarette companies.
Actually
Every time I have called the number listed on the home page of IHub he has either picked right up or got back to me. It is probably worth a shot.
Pat Scorzelli (978) 273-8588 (Cell)
If you do contact him, ask him what ever happened with the nano filters and "Vitusa".

Thanks
That would explain the stock activity last year. There was absolutely nothing going on here as far as I could tell.
At on time I thought this was the golden ticket.
Wondering if you have any contact information for the company, tried the phone dead, e-mailed no answer. I can't get a hold of anybody to see what we still have product rights to and what we don't.
That is a good question about the Radomes. The last information I saw about sales was in 2006. I wonder if they sold the rights to that patent? They had a lot of interesting products.

I remember they said that they sold a BlastX cabin door to Ryan air or Air lingus but it turned out to be not true.
I remember the stock activity last year. Maybe it was a case of mistaken identity like the company called Nestor that was on the pinks. A lot of people bought the stock thinking Google was purchasing them but it was actually a private company with the same name.
I would settle for that!
Yea, Scorzelli told me the same thing back then.
I wonder if they are still selling those radomes for helicopters.
Sales were only about 60,000/year.
Thought last year something was happening here, for a short window a lot of stock moved, but it lead nowhere.
I have thought the same for a long time about mapsands but they could never get funding. In the meantime I think that Drones are probably more cost effective these days. I always though that the filter technology would be the one to succeed. I remember a conversation with Scorzelli about it in 2006 and was really excited about the interest they had in the product. That was a technology that had a lot of possible uses including cigarettes. I'm not sure what they did with that patent. With all the smokers in China it seemed like there was a market.
The last time I spoke with him he said they had inquiries about partnerships but what they really wanted and needed were licensing deals.
That's about all I know
One would think between all the recent talks on protecting our boards and the constant treats of pirates on merchant ships that there would be a market for Mapsands.
I never read anything about a time limit on the law suits. It is has been about 7 years since the Tiax decision. It is funny but after all that Tiax never commercialized the All-clear product. Seems like a waste but maybe there was never a big enough market for it.
Regardless, "USGN" has paid the fees to keep the stock listing on the pinks and kept the website active, although not updated, ever since. I guess there is always a possibility of a reverse merger with a related or unrelated company. We will just see what happens. Maybe this is the year.
GLTA
Still holding my shares. Guess I want to stick around until someone turns out the lights . . . or until something positive happens. I'm carrying around $16,000 loss and may take advantage of it someday when taxes warrant. Anyone know whether there was a time limit re the penalties? Maybe we are all in a waiting mode until the company can start up again??
I'm really surprised that this stock is still trading. For whatever reason Scorzelli continues to complete the filings and pay the annual filing fees to keep the stock actively trading on the pinks . If you can even call it that. What ever intellectual properties the company still maintains control over are most likely so outdated that I can't imagine anyone being interested with the exception of some developing economy that probably would not have the demand or expertise to commercialize it.
So why not let just let the company de-list? I suppose that there is some value in selling the shell but they would need a really clean shell company with no debt to do so and I really doubt that is the case.
Anyone have any thoughts and is anyone here actually trading this stock?

Among executive members, I see 2 Chinese scientist & Liason for China. Humm, that means, someone is studying China threat (protection, chemical warfare...). I am just guessing.
This start-up company has something boiling, their products are good---- mainly for national security. I don't want this to be exposed USGA to day traders. Among us here, please BUY and HOLD, for our future wealth. This small company is located in Nevada, an USA main testing site for nuclear weapons, other scientific/hi-tech testing for homeland security matter, including UFO. Very interesting starting company. Right now, only 2 employees, still in the researching level. Consider us lucky to invest in USGA.
In March 2013, 2 mutual fund investing companies put some $ into it.
