Only the management and the acquirer know the answer for sure! TWGP is hyper risky player as a Nasdaq stock at still very high price compared to its negative real value (the previous quarter's book value is negative -$0.36 per share)! Check the latest finance report and the most recently further downgrading news etc.... Last Friday the price ever crash to the new low $1.42 (which is $0.2 lower than the current 52-week low $1.62) in the AH!

The new 52-week low $1.62 was created the day before yesterday! More new lows will kick in very soon until the so-called merger deal fell apart... Sell ASAP before the huge pos scam drops to below the current BV ($0.59 a share)!

The merger agreement is attached with many very challenging conditions which are almost 100% possibility to fail by the time for execution due to TWGP's terrible financial balance sheet by then... Based on the previous price crash pattern TWGP should hit the new low $0.5x!
