The field it wide open! I mean WIDE this is the competition. Canopy growth… aka Constellation brands. They tried to be everywhere and ended up with massive debt and killing the market they could actually dominate by focusing on the US instead of the Canadian market. I am not bitter lol! I made a lot of money on Tweed/canopy. But their share price is $11 Tinley trades at .11 which one has more up side? :s I think Tinley is the winner if they play their cards right!
It is kinda sad to watch this it has come down from where it was. Cautionary tale, do what you do and do it well. Do not try to be all things to all consumers

Sparked to life on the news of signing BEV to bottle our Tinley's rtd thc infused beverages in Canada.

Tinley continues to rattle around the .40c range despite moving this company forward. Everybody wants to see profits and sales and that is a difficult thing to achieve with politicians that are scared of making mistakes in writing law and policy to make marijuana and hemp legal. Canada broke trail on legalization and screwed it up royally imho with lots of ways out of anything they did do. Canada's rec legalization was built on pharma rules for marijuana and hemp and after legalizing only allowed smokable stuff. It took another 2 years to get to edibles and drinkables and they still have possession rules and packaging rules that are strangling free enterprise with rules like you can only buy 5 cans of drinks at a time and brown paper packaging that is plastered with warning labels more so than anything potpreneurs want on them. They also did some really stupid stuff about licensing retailers and dispensaries. First a lottery, to be fair, which allowed underfinanced and unknowledgeable people to set up shops and licenses were so limited as to be almost non-existent. They also decided that pot and booze won't be sold at the same outlets or consumed in conventional drinking establishments.

The US hopefully will fix the mistakes Canada made and do some really hardwork to come up with a Federal and totally workable system to help bring a safer vice to consumers than what already exists, not to mention patients who are medicating with cannabinoids. glta and dyodd

I'm in since .035c and didn't sell when it flirted with $2 C range. Did a very unusual thing for my style of investing and antied up for a private placement at .27 and still wanted some more and my last purchase was .65. I've got about 150k shares and waiting on better than the old high of $2. I used to talk to Jeff, actually one phone call was to find out where I could buy it when it ipod. I had to make my online aware of it and they listed it and got my shares. Jeff dangled a carrot in front of me during one of our conversations that has kept me in. He told me he wouldn't be putting out a bunch of fluff nrs and that was true! As a long term shareholder, I have stayed invested because I honestly believe he is putting shareholders first despite the lack of nrs. They do seem to be coming now though with a couple of good ones this week. Tinley has come a long ways since I first jumped in with a lot to offer besides an idea. Bottling facility, recipes galore, several skus, market tested and tweaked for success and now co-bottlers, not to mention the Becketts line of skus that they formulated because of popular demand. glty and dyodd

Tinley is back trading and the news is good. Formulator in Canada is making emulsion which I call concentrate for bottling Tinley infused beverages for Canadian marketplace. 30 plus million people, same size as California. Safety inspectors have up to 60 days to clear us for sales. Shouldn't be that long imho because we have a team of professional beverage guys and I haven't heard of a lineup for testing. They are making a big deal about the co-packing. My hope is that we have to put the other two lines in just to supply ourselves. I don't know, but I think this equipment is designed for infused beverages of which there are a lot lining up but I hope they realize the difficulty that California legislation is to get this type of product on shelves. The clock is ticking away the shelf life of our own products because of something I'm speculating is in the legislation category, not the manufacturing process. Team Tinley is going to remain totally legal and compliant but the name of the game is to move product and there is a roadblock somewhere past the product to warehouse stage. Social media will let us know when it makes it to shelves for consumers to buy and try and report on the newest versions. glta and dyodd
