share structure updates with no changes…

Again, my worthless guess is that quarterly

is coming out any day now (hopefully this

week) & form 10 soon after…

In one way, you still see such an incredible

opportunity…. It was just .065 x .08… one

small smack, then an immediate jump to

.0711 x .107.:.. an IMMEDIATE 25 % jump

In ask…. THATS the kind of stock one wants

to be in… a low floater that can soar /move

on air with positive volume….THEN… the

other side…. This MANAGEMENT… ugh

the 2 yr question/ dilemma… if only mgmt

could deliver what they have mentioned

deliver…. No filings this week … and thusly

Dividends~? On a shell~? Not me. They probably want to put some sort of restriction in place so people cannot sell right away.
Look at INPX and dividend CXAI for example.

Only in the OTC....... Sheeesh~!
Anything about $0.13 and I am even or plus.
$0.50 to $1.00 would be good.
Low float and they want a dividend~? What for~? Unless what I stated above.

a positive opinion…. One of the merging

companies wants dividend shares …

you “hear” a ceo tweet this, they are way off

& report isn’t filled til weeks/months later…

but with all the SS updates and with the qrtly

simply being a “cookie cutter “ …. Really

shouldn’t take long AT ALL to file qrtly…

hopefully WE DO see it and due to all the

things happening, we get some buying back

& we see at least .20 soon…. For this to get

to .20/.30/.40 cents used to be so simple in

the previous version of the otc… with this

latest version…. Who knows

At the least we have learned/confirmed

something about the frequency in share

Structure updates… for future tickers that

you may hold, if all of a sudden there are

frequent/daily SS updates, that likely means

some form of filing is coming out, it appears

finra or whoever requires frequent

confirmations before a filing can be issued

and by the way…. The daily updates are

continuing with $TIPS, we are on 8/9 straight

days of SS updates with no changes

so, my guess is that form 10 is coming & a

requirement of this form to be submitted.. is

confirmation of share structure… thusly the

constant updates… (and possibly the reason

for the dividend shares issued at previous

filing)

Whenever I’m the past that companies do

This type of stuff, it’s done in order to

prepare for something….. that’s the question

Is it something positive or negative… of

course, wishful thinking would suggest

something positive… for example: anyone

familiar with custodian stocks where the

custodian would issue 300 million shs as a

control block in anticipation of a merger so

that the new owner would have a majority

interest of the ticker once they become in

charge….. so, who knows, I would doubt

that out of sheer boredom, Wilton just

created dividend shares for giggles.. but

again…. WHO Knows!?!???
