I met noel, geesh, back in like 200 or something, funny, i was on ragingbull and bought into some mom and pop sausage company in canada under the symbol of TPII, about a month later, he (noel) contacted me through raging bull. was a ceo who "lurked" on message boards. he was actually a very avid poster for the two big companies he ran, metro and medpartners...he pulled in some big numbers with those places. if i rememeber correctly some how he was very critical of the new ceo who replaced him and of the entire health care system in general in Florida. He did a reverse merger, or a take over of TPII and started the quantum group back in 03 with the onset of the whole HIPAA regs and such....started off as QTUM, did a R/S, thats when i bailed and forgot about it until this morning for whatever reason...when we talked long ago just before he bought out TPII he contacted me and asked how i found that company and why i invested...i didnt know, just moved on air everytime i bought some...his wife then, if i remember was also harvard mba or something, i think she managed the family portfolio worth a few brazzilion dollars, both noel and his wife are top-notch.
when he did the first R/S with QTUM and started selling shares to get going, i bailed...looks like he is putting up some good numbers, but the toxic financing...seems like he would be profitable by now...

interesting, glad i came back to this..Noel, from the info i used to dig up on him, is a stellar and asute business man...
i seriously wouldnt doubt it if he reads this board...seriously, he is/was very abreast on his investors concerns and input..

going to be watching for a while..looks like it needs to flush out a bit, chart almost is hitting the biuy point IMO

I'm buying back in around .65. Based on the healthcare situation I don't think this will be below 1.00 for very long.

I just took profits, as I didn't expect this much this fast. I continue to monitor the company's progress.

Got in at .40. Where do we go from here? This went up a little quicker than I expected.

Just a matter of when they turn the corner and no longer need expensive financing deals.

From what I have found so far qgp seems to be positioned very well in their field. I also believe their services to be highly in demand. I am a buyer at these prices.

Just created this board, but don't want to be the moderator. Took a first time position today at .36, although I'm a little nervous about entry point. The stock has gradually made its way down to where it is today, but I'm hoping this will be a bottom. Excellent revenue growth, but company still seeing losses. That said, their management team looks to be top notch. They make revenue in different ways and they have a deal with IBM with regards to their electronic medical records platform.
