Vs. an OTC stock run by a disbarred lawyer, which has lost millions of dollars, whic is accused by a shareholder of filing false financials to hide from the government, which finally stopped filing financials after diluting by billions of shares, which has closed 3 of his 4 locations, which has been a complete failure from day 1...

there is no potential in such a stock.

The problem for you: If Joel's going to lie and hide MJMJ's income from the public, then he's also going to hide it from shareholders. Which means your stock is stuck in trips or worse for eternity.

Nobody wants to show profits because cannabis is still federally illegal. ;)

Joel Schneider pays himself a salary of MJMJ funds contributed by investors. This is confirmed fact by filed corporate documents.

There is no "assumption" about either of those. You may be unable to locate the published documents, but the rest of us can.

Excellent question, if Joel wasn't hiding the latest financials we might have a clue.

I suspect that the remaining location is being operated as a private entity and does not contribute revenue to MJMJ.

Just a suspicion of course. I tend to be skeptical of ex-lawyers who were disbarred for fraud and then break their commitment to file timely financials for the public company they are managing.

If you want to trust someone convicted of fraud... well, i guess that's one way to end up losing money.

The filings are public. What exactly do you want "posted" they're available all over the internet.

If someone cannot find public filings for a company, they shouldn't be throwing their money away on buying stocks! Stick with a mutual fund.
