Shares sold short must be borrowed or there is an illegal short sale and must be bought in to "cover" Borrowed shares may only be "loaned" from positions held in a margin account. Shares held in a cash account MAY NOT BE LOANED.

Accordingly, I'm asking everyone to call their broker and make sure your XKEM psn's are held in a cash account(type 1) not a margin account (type 2) even though XKEM is NOT a marginable security. Every standard brokerage account can have both types in a single account. There is no fee for this an your broker s/b able to "journal" the psn from type 1 to type 2 w/ a phone call or fax.

If RS has the transfer agent enforce this failure to cover and the illegal shorts cannot go to brokers and borrow enough stock THEY MUST BUY THE SHARES BACK IN THE OPEN MARKET.

WITH SOME 747 MILLION ILLEGALLY SHORT SHARES (46% OF THE FLOAT) A SHORT COVERING RALLY COULD EASILY SEND THE PPS WELL INTO THE PENNIES - SHORT SQUEEZE, POTENTIALLY HUGE SHORT SQUEEZE...
