Fuelstream Inc. (OTCQB:FLST) announces it has signed a term sheet with Eagle Rock Institutional Partners LLC (ERIP) to finance the fuel purchases of a specific airline contract. The terms for this credit facility call for financing to start in September 2013, providing the capital for regularly scheduled commercial flights. The terms of the credit facility provide for up to Five Million Dollars of financing for aviation jet fuel. ERIP had performed substantial due diligence on Fuelstream beginning in March of this year, which allowed them to react quickly to this current opportunity. ERIP currently is a shareholder and small lender to Fuelstream since April of 2012. ERIP has invested over $100,000,000.00 over the past ten years in multiple US-based projects and hedge funds. Robert Catala, CEO of Fuelstream, said, "We appreciate the opportunity ERIP has provided and plan to build on this relationship. Hopefully this will open other doors of capital and enable Fuelstream to fulfill the existing opportunities we have available to us. I consider this one more small step in building our business." The terms and conditions of this financing are subject to final due diligence. This financing is non-exclusive and Fuelstream is actively working with other lenders for additional financing.

it has been a while ago,but I'm back and I've updated my board :). I guess you also have sold your DGRI shares. Now there is FLST it's a company that sells fuel for airplanes. I think it will go to 1 dollar and more. Just take a look on the FLST board and say your opinion :) It is now trading at 0.1501 and it will not go lower then this if CANT (a marketmaker) holds his large bid at 0.1501 (475k shares!!)

Dutch Gold Resources Announces Further Results From Nicaragua Bulk Testing

Data Suggests Excellent Recovery Rates

ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 08/07/12 -- Dutch Gold Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: DGRI) (PINKSHEETS: DGRI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce today that it has received the results from its recent bulk sample in Nicaragua. The Company confirms that it has made an initial decision as to the optimal recovery method for its joint venture.

Initial results of gold recovery testing conducted by Norris Lab of Norris, Montana utilizing cyanide has yielded excellent results on ore from Dutch Gold Resources joint venture partner in Nicaragua. Initial head assays of the oxide ore were 0.548 ounce per ton (opt) gold and 0.33 opt silver. Calculated heads for the ore based on actual test recoveries were 0.6 opt gold and 0.4 opt silver. Assays of the leached ore tails were 0.012 opt gold and 0.14 opt silver, indicating a 98 percent recovery of the gold and a 65.25 percent recovery of the silver. Cyanide consumption for the testing was a very modest 1.5 pounds per ton.

"These excellent results indicate that cyanide leaching of the ore will result in very strong gold recoveries," said Dutch Gold CEO Daniel Hollis. "Based on these results, we are reviewing the use of a vat leaching system for gold recovery in the project. The very low cyanide consumption suggests our operating cost will be low for such a system. We will conduct further testing, but we feel these initial results confirm that we can use a vat leaching system very effectively, and based on the ore grade of the sample, we anticipate a successful project."

Good news for Gold and also for DGRI

The Gold Symposium speech suggested that the correction would be between 21% and 26% in spot gold prices. The actual decline was from $1920 to $1523, a loss of -$397, or -20.7%. This is just below the target range but qualifies as one degree larger than the 14% corrections in the previous up move from $680 to $1913.

The C wave of the correction in the chart below reveals some symmetrical subdivisions which confirm that the C wave was completed at $1523 on 29 December 2012. With all the minor waves in place and with the correction being of the correct size, that should be the end of both the correction and Intermediate Wave II.

The probability of this analysis being correct is high, perhaps 75%? Smaller probabilities allow for: (i) this to be an A wave of a larger magnitude correction; (ii) the current correction becoming more complex, perhaps reaching the lower price targets (e.g. -26%); and (iii) the possibility of deflation, defaults and depression emerging, also testing lower price targets.

The up move just starting should thus be Intermediate Wave III of Major Wave THREE, the longest and strongest portion of the bull market. The gain in Intermediate Wave I from $680 to $1913 was 181%. The gain in Intermediate Wave III should be larger, at least a 200% gain. A gain of this magnitude starting from $1523 targets a price over $4,500. The largest corrections on the way to this target, of which there should be two, should be in the 12% to 14% range.

Dutch Gold Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: DGRI) (PINKSHEETS: DGRI) (the "Company") today is pleased to announce initial assay results from its bulk sample taken in June from its joint venture in Nicaragua.
The assays from the initial bulk testing were 0.362 ounces per ton of gold and 0.14 ounces silver per ton. The Company will now begin testing to determine the optimal recovery techniques for the JV, with plans to ship equipment in the next month to begin to ramp up operations in Nicaragua.

The Company has also begun to evaluate other projects in Nicaragua, consistent with its goal of establishing a significant base of operations in Nicaragua.

OKAY FOLKS SO HERE IT IS, MY CONVO WITH MRS GRABLE.....FIRST A LITTLE BACK GROUND....I HAD PUT IN A CALL WITH HER ON THURSDAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THERECEPTIONIST AND HER VOICE MAIL....I RECIEVED A CALL THURSDAY LATE SAYING SHE WOULD CALL ME FRIDAY...... FRIDAY I RECIEVED A CALL SAYING SHE WAS SORRY BUT SHE WAS IN A CLOSED DOORS MEETING AND WOULD CALL ME MONDAY EARLY.... SO BEING PROACTIVE I CALLED EARLY TODAY WITH NO ANSWER....CALLED AGAIN AT 9:30 SPOKE TO THE RECEPTIONIST SAYING SHE WAS IN ANOTHER MEETING, WHICH WAS CLOSED DOOR, SO I LEFT YET ANOTHER MESSAGE

TODAY AT AROUND 2 PM. I RECIEVED THE CALL FROM MRS GRABLE.... IN BETWEEN MY FIRST CALL ON THURSDAY AND ME SPEAKING WITH HER TODAY NUMEROUS INVESTORS AND BOARD MEMBERS PMED ME WITH QUESTIONS REGARDING IMDS WHICH THEY WANTED ANSWERED....MANY OF THE QUESTIONS WERE THE SAME BUT I HAD A TOTAL OF 9 QUESTIONS TO ASK AND RECIEVED 9 ANSWERS LOL

1) CAN THE CTLM UNIT BE MADE TO APPLY IN OTHER AREAS OF THE BODY...SUCH AS THE LUNGS, HEART, BRAIN OR LYMPH NODES...
The unit itself can not be engeneered to do apply else where....HOWEVER, the patents which imds holds CAN BE USED TO APPLY ELSEWHERE throough the laser imaging and no need to use X-rays

2) HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE A CTLM UNIT/HOW GOOD IS THE PROFIT MARGIN....
She would not disclose how much it costs to make each unit, claiming it was insider information....frankly I didn't really press it...HOWEVER SHE DID SAY THAT WE HAVE A GREAT PROFIT MARGIN

3)CAN WE EXPECT TO SEE IMDS AND THE CTLM AT TRADE SHOWS THIS YEAR....
Yes the ctlm will be at three shows FOR SURE this year.... One in Miami one in Chicago and one out of the country....she told me where but I was too busy writing the first part to get the international show....sorry :(

4) MEXICO.... HAVE THE 5 UNITS BEEN SENT TO MEXICO.... HAVE THEY ALL BEEN PAID FOR...
One unit has been sent to Mexico, cleared customs and is sitting in a storage facility.....the reason for that is the hospital they are going to is not yet finished being built.... As a result the people in Mexico decided to wait for the place to be completed before having the rest sent and paying the 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS IT'S GONNA COST... The hospital is expected to be completed SOON....with regards to the money a partial payment was made for the first unit...they are waiting to get the unit into its home and have a full scale test to make sure nothing detrimental happened during the storage at which point they will pay the remainder and have the rest sent

5)SHIMADZU EXPECTATION OF SALES.....
Shimadzu will be buying its own ctlm unit to use as a showcase piece to do demonstrations on for other hospitals and medical people.... The influence shimadzu has is a brilliant business move for imds.... ALSO SHE NOTED THAT SHIMADZU CONTACTED IMDS WITH REGARDS TO DISTRIBUTING THE SYSTEM....NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.... THEY SAW THE UNIT AT A TRADE SHOW AND CALLED A WEEK LATER SAYING THEY HAD TO BE THE DISTRIBUTOR FOR THE ASIA REGION

6) POSSIBILITIES OF A REVERSE SPLIT....
This part made me giggle....I heard an old lady tell me hell no....she is hell bent against a reverse split and does not see a need for it at the moment nor does she foresee a need down the road....she was adamant about this part

7) POSSIBILITES OF RETIRING SHARES OR A BUY BACK PROGRAM....
As of right ow the company does not have the inflow of money to have it make business sense for a buy back program....she said as the influence of shimadzu and their other distributors starts to show its muscle and they get more cash flow IT IS A POSSIBILITY

8) FDA APPLICATION...WHAT'S GOING ON WHAT'S THE DEAL LOL
The company has begun the process of filing another application for FDA approval in the USA.... The company is doing so because they are working on LONG TERM NON TOXIC FUNDING..... once the funding is secured they will submit the application.... She said e company has enough clinical trials to warrant a yes this time and she expects to be granted an approval.....she said with all the awareness for breast cancer and preventative treatment the company can foresee no logical reason why they would not be granted the okay

9) IRS LIEN AGAINST THE COMPANY
The company has a lawyer working with the IRS..... The IRS has agreed to set up a payment plan with the company on the grounds that they have LONG TERM NON TOXIC FUNDING.... Once the funding is locked in(soon) the funding company will submit a LOI to the IRS and the company will be granted the payment plan
