This company has done 2 R/S in the last 4 years...looks like they are gearing up for a 3rd....CEO Chris Davenport is a scam artist and has been stealing money from investors for years.

no idea if all of this is true, but we are on the OTC and there are perhaps only a handful of stocks on the OTC market that are serious about a great rise and building their company and with FLES I thought ......

all debts are paid off there? ......

and all sellers are out now? ......

and we can start to rise but I was wrong......

apparently there is still money to be raised somehow or someone is selling and is not even finished selling ! .......

and it is annoying.......

and if we are unlucky, we will end up under 0.01 again every year ......

but if FLES is serious about building this company, then in the long term, in a year or two, the PPS could look great

yepp , you are absolutely right and this mm can be almost anything, but mainly a dilutor and when there is an increase, otcn is always involved (in many stocks) and can sometimes cause a share price to explode?

Short version… Lmmfao . Taking the story out of it I would buy this chart and stop loss at the 200sma. (4hr)

It’s a numbers game for sure. Collect a stack and increase the value of it. Just got to hope Supply vs Demand stays in balance if loading or reloading etc. Low volume run up is ideal. Buys outweighed sells yesterday. Close to even at this point today.
Not sure you can blame the company for all the sell off. Chart showed it was coming.
With that said, the story is dull and the company (Chris) seems obviously deceptive. It won’t take much for people to jump on the next ticker and walk away from this one and let it bleed.
For me personally nothing they could say or do I would be excited about at this point. So I will take the story out of it and just play the chart and volume.

30min yet to fully reset. If it trades sideways may see another new low. That 50 is closing in on the 200. It would really have to moon to keep it from crossing under and I don’t see that happening without some fluff.

ToddM, I agree CEO is trying to build the company.. but that cannot be build on dexeption, so many times it was mentioned the debt conversion/seller is done but again and again see some seller creeps up.. not sure if they are other conversion after this … all my opinion

I don’t believe so..doing this would be the final death blow to the company and management surely knows it. They need to build investor confidence which I think he’s trying to actually do this time. We shall see when this final seller gets done which I think happened today. They need a whole lot of positives to come out which will build the company and negate any need to do anything negative for a long while.
