Tauriga Sciences Inc. Chief Executive Officer Completes 1,500,000 Share Insider Purchase
TAUG's CEO Seth Shaw has never missed a paycheck or a bonus, which has led to pocketing multiple millions in Company funds. TAUG's investors have been unmercifully bludgeoned, during the decade-long reign of this totally inept CEO. The lengthy list of unadulterated business screw-ups has become legendary, but Seth Shaw's personal finances have not suffered even one iota!

When Taug patent is issued it could have serious value, the chemo nausea market is now $7 billion plus a year.
More surprise news
Thanks for the reply Johnny I do understand that there are many irons on the fire , what I don't get is the PPS dropping from .10-.11 cents to .01-.02 cents management has to do better , hope things move in the right direction sooner rather them later
Been in this for years, never sold on the past big spikes.
The product is awesome, been chewing it for 2 years and have noticed remarkable difference with inflammation
Every major retailer wants to sell the gum, but until there is legislation they will not. It doesn’t make a difference that it is legal, I think major retailers are looking for legislation like liquor where there are age warning labels, dosage ect. CBD totally safe in FDA epilepsy drug
If you are looking for a big win here, I am, it is going to come down to patent and the pharma product. Seth’s brother Is top 10 guy at Nestles, nestles Garden of life sponsored safety test. Nestles has huge pharma division.
The nausea from chemotherapy market is estimated at 8 billion dollars annually. Most drugs are expensive and come with side effects.
Waiting for the parents, like watching paint dry. I look at TAUG as a long term call option with explosive upside, but still has all the risks of a micro cap
I don't get why the board has put there money and trust behind an amateur like Seth huge disappointment, he should get a job at McDonalds he'll have more success !!! Hope all that invested in this trash make some money somewhere else to make up for there losses !!!!! GLTA
DD is in the PPS there's no upward movement no dialogue from management no volume it's a recipe for a declining company , I'm just enormously disappointed thought that we would see some positive movement in the the contrary enjoy your weekend !!!
Please share some of the DD you have, pro or otherwise. I am holding while and remain hopeful that others are better suited to Moderate this Board than me. To me, the lack of moderators conveys a negative tone and that may be hard to overcome.
I said from the start that my goal was to see moderators other than me. I tend to look for the negatives.
This has been such a huge disappointment, I don't understand do any other share holders have an opinion? Seems like you are all giving this management a pass is this PPS benefiting anyone ? It's been years now that this was supposed to become a sustainable company very disappointed !!!
Press release mentioning TAUG: https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/validcare-announces-a-second-cohort-of-cbd-brands-joins-safety-study-to-gather-data-for-fda-301270259.html
Garden of Life is owned by Nestle.
There was a press release regarding Nestle sponsoring the safety trial. I am not sure why TAUG was not tagged.
They are also in the cohort through garden of life
I am still cheering.
IMO, when the patent is issued on the pharma compound, which covers the Dug and OTC compounds. we will see who is interested.
Right now you have Nestles sponsoring and funding virtually all the safety trial, AND one of Nestles top executives has been put on the Board of Advisors. Doesn't matter if he is the brother of the CEO or not, he is head of M&A at the 26th biggest company in the world. A company that has a very, very big pharma division as well as obviously having food, wellness, candy products in virtually every retail store in the world.
My crystal ball broke a long time ago, but I have a very good feeling about this
That bad? Why be here. I had one of those turn duds and just weeks ago sold all of my shares. Thankfully, it was at a good profit. Not all OTC companies are gems and true gems are difficult to find. Honestly, I hear that about 95% of pinkies fail so the sense is to buy and sell while ahead. I am going to try that formula.
Don't have a clue and perhaps TAUG was better off with the "little" that they had before you post it.
Read that in the context of my original purpose. I have no interest in being a moderator. My hope was that knowledgeable persons like yourself you jump right in and provide potential investors with deep thought and reasoned DD. I said that when this was done, I would ask to be removed as a moderator.
Anyone up to the challenge?
It did close green yesterday. I am down 2-3 hundred so no worries here.
How old is that paragraph?
"Little is posted on TAUG so let's start with the company"
People were better off with the "little" that they had before you posted it.
Well, maybe it will take time. The positive revenue last quarter may be a good start though we will need to see the Next quarterly report to see if a trend is with us. I don't have a huge number of shares but enough to see if a good sp price is headed out way. I hope so.
I believe 2022 is going to be a good year for TAUG. Good luck and stay safe!
I hope it does too. TAUG seems to be in the right place with the right product but there are competitors to contend with. My sister was taking CBD for pain for several years after the usual meds were not working. She ultimately passed away about 15 months ago but CBD helped her. It is not a cure but it can help.
I had the same experience with another of my tickers since sold. I was able to recover most of my investment after it came back to life.
Anyway, we will see what happens here in the next few months (3-4).
rich, thanks for the mark. Not sure what that means though....lol. I Have been invested in TAUG for probably 10 years. Thought it was dead years ago but was surprised to see Seth bring it back to life.
Not many posters here but hopefully that will change once the PPS start moving north.
Little is posted on TAUG so let's start with the company:
Tauriga Sciences, Inc., formerly Immunovative, Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company is a diversified biotechnology company. Pilus Energy LLC (Pilus Energy) is the subsidiary of the Company. The Company, through the Pilus Energy, develops cleantech energy using microbiological solution that creates electricity while consuming polluting molecules from wastewater. Pilus Energy is engaged in converging digester, fermenter, scrubber and other technologies into a single scalable Electrogenic Bioreactor (EBR) platform. This microbial fuel cell technology is the basis of the Pilus Cell. The EBR harnesses genetically enhanced bacteria, also known as bacterial robots, or BactoBots, that remediate water, harvest direct current (DC) electricity and produce economically important gases and chemicals. The EBR accomplishes this through bacterial metabolism, specifically cellular respiration of approximately 400 carbon and nitrogen molecules typically called pollutants in wastewater.

The fact that it is in the CBD world is, to me, a plus that can be developed or fall on its face. I will try to find information on the financials from one the the many sources listed.
If you have anything different or exciting about TAUG, please post it.
Johnny!! Still can't get over the thought that there are no Moderators on this one not that it means anything other than there are any.
Does any here have an interest in populating this even if our individual DD and exposure talents may not be well developed? I jump in if others are ready to do so and will jump out at better qualified investors are in the wings.
Please considerate it not to say you haven't already.
Arena has Several anti inflammatory trials using cannabis, big pharma definitely is interested in cannabis
