own about 1.75M cheap shares which I bought at 0.001 ~ 0.0025.

In anticipation of the institution of these proceedings, Respondent has submitted an Offer of Settlement (the "Offer") which the Commission has determined to accept. Solely for the purpose of these proceedings and any other proceedings brought by or on behalf of the Commission, or to which the Commission is a party, and without admitting or denying the findings herein, except as to the Commission's jurisdiction over it and the subject matter of these proceedings, Respondent consents to the entry of this Order Instituting Administrative Proceedings, Making Findings, and Revoking Registration of Securities Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Order"), as set forth below.

Common stock and all other equity interests will be cancelled when/if the court approves the bankruptcy plan. Branch Banking and Trust Company will own 100% of TVI.

IMHO it won't be back up again. Didn't you read last Friday's filing that said all common stock will be cancelled if approved by the court?

The Plan further contemplates distribution of shares representing an aggregate of 100% of the issued equity interests in the Company to the Branch Banking & Trust Company (the "Lender") on account of the Lender's secured claim.

In addition, the Plan provides for the extinguishment of all intercompany claims, which claims shall be discharged by the Plan or confirmation of the Bankruptcy Court. Further, holders of the Company's outstanding equity interests, including the Company's outstanding shares of common stock, will receive no distribution, and all of the Company's outstanding equity interests, including the Company's outstanding shares of common stock, will be cancelled and deemed worthless as of the effective date of the Plan, if the Plan becomes effective. The Company cannot predict whether the Bankruptcy Court will approve the Plan and thus whether the Plan will become effective.

Friday? Why? Anyway we have three sold supports at $0.005, $0.0056,
and $0.0071. I believe it will hit $0.015 again within this week!

shares at the bidding price. In this way we could push the price up
to 0.015 again easily! TVINQ is already bottomed out at 0.0071 even
the 52-week low is 0.005. Supports at 0.005, 0.0056, and 0.0071.

Because it is already bottomed out at a unbreakable support $0.005!

damn cheap shares which I bought at $0.005 ~ $0.008. Now even the bid ($0.0085) is higher than my highest purchase price! I will sell

I sold portion of my shares and made some profits today. I am happy
to see TVINQ rally to as high as $0.014 from $0.005. Anyway VCTY is
traded at $28,620 market value and TVINQ is at $481,124 MV. TVINQ has about 35M shares OS and VCTY has about 32M shares OS. VCTY is a
clean shell company with $18M asset and never filed the bankruptcy.
