As I own a large portion of shares here, and for a decent amount of time, there is no one wanting this stock to succeed more than myself. I tried to reach out to Braddock Cunningham about this acquisition with broadband infrastructure LLC. As I figured he wouldn’t give me any information about this, but his demeanor was less than enthusiastic about the situation. Maybe I am just overthinking the situation due to prior hypes, hopes and promises from the company, but I’m just putting my two cents in. Hopefully I’m dead wrong. Good luck to all!

Not trying to start anything but show me a younger company in the OTC with a great looking balance sheet. Let’s be honest, the OTC is stock futures. You don’t buy on what they have now but what may be coming and you know this. Any OTC company with a great balance sheet is over priced and has long since had its big runs. We know why we do what we do. That is why we don’t have all our eggs in one basket or shouldn’t anyway.

You should laugh at the simple people. Simple as in the should learn how to read a balance sheet. And they could simply deduce that this POS company has no money left. The only question is whether they will file for bankruptcy before or after they "uplist."

Yes, I believe it was merely a late trade. I don’t see any reason to believe it’s the D word (dilution).
