I have a feeling that this TFN board may be one of the only games in town for TFN if Bkmp gets R/S'd. Friday Bkmp PR smells like a rs announcement. But I thought Winick would wait until a holiday weekend like he has before.
Some sort of r/s will occur, I have no doubt. IMO
This board can be huge if TFN goes public. And if MMA grows out of the niche market it yet resides in. The only people screaming MMA success are the owners and promoters that want to make money and I don't see MMA in the general public eye hardly at all.

lol ... good one oky. most ppl, just like you, don't know that class actions are FREE. however the law firm will only proceed if there is money that can be recovered. one way or the other, you got nothing to lose.
and one more thing: pinks have the exact same responsibility just like any other public or private companies, they are not above the law. they always try to make ppl believe that they should just give up and move on as there is no case ... wrong.

Only thing not mentioned in the latest PR was the percent interest BKMP has in TFN. A very important piece of information missing. You POS long time investors are not deserving to know that according to the CEOs.

OT: I know........I started following your posts and looking at all of the pinkies associated to SW's name and I could have "kicked" myself for not looking prior to buying bkmp. I also found out the hard way that there are many out there....just like him. "Mackay Group" is one example. These guys are crooks and it is true the SEC only slaps them with small penalties when they say they will plead guilty without admitting wrongdoing. The only good thing we have going for bkmp right now is that they still owe one of their investors on this 504 and I hope it is one of their inside buddies who will not take lightly to being "jilted". Also if Burger does not want TFN to become negative because of bkmp's attachment to it, he may help us see a rise in pps.

I'm willing to bet it is Way............more than 15 million! They tried in April to get this 504 cleared out and couldn't with their false pr's. They have lied about the conversions being extended and I hope the unlucky investor who is still trying to cash out with this 504 makes noise for them. They seem to only want to clear out their debt to this investor and then start their pathway to a r/s. I still think that our percentage of TFN is less than what we think it is (someone's salary and severence pay had to be collected when he left bkmp) and TFN knows how bkmp shareholders have been scammed. I'm sure that they probably wanted to sever their ties with bkmp, because they knew the "bad news" associated with SW long before the shareholders would find out. I pray I am wrong and that somehow, SW can get his DOM partners to buy up the billions of shares dumped over the past year, but I doubt it. (Maybe he can threaten to turn over evidence on the "DOM crew" unless they help him to scam more investors into buying bkmp by seeing an "induced" pps rise (using their funds!). JMHO I also do not believe TFN will fare well as a publicly traded security if there are a multitude of unhappy (Not Happy Encounters) bagholders of bkmp.

OT: Yes, there is lots of info out there if you just look. Some of that info was on other boards here at ihub. I don't trust much of what is posted on boards anymore, so I go and look for myself. Some of the early filings of BKMP/FIRST CANADIAN do list most of what that article lists though.

Right now VNDM has positioned himself to dilute and finish out that 504 before it expires and that is why we are getting PR's (JMHO)! If a PR stating a reduced OS is not provided, they can forget about anyone buying.......they need to go to their plan B and just have their buddies buy up 80% or more of the OS's and let bkmp shareholders make something on their (our) long term investment when the share price would have to increase because they brought up the billions of shares out there that are keeping us down!!

My thoughts exactly!!! TFN has a huge liability on their hands (SW) and shareholders are really not going to take lightly to having their investments taken (through a major r/s) and then sit on the sidelines while TFN skyrockets with their own IPO after we funded their startup.......

Not that impressed, The whole form letter was cut/pasted from the last year shareholder letter. That alone shows to me no real effort to be progressive. Technically just about all of it was open ended leaving us to guess most things again. Bkmp pr's have been the top 5 most vague pr issued pulp of the pinks. IMO
As far as TFN, to get private info is still the quest.
Todays PR is more of the same with promises of a new fangled media place.......... sigh

In the latest press release from Samai the most interesting part is where he said the value of our investment in TFN is growing daily. As long as there is growth and BKMP owns some of it I don't mind the wait. Another two years is fine with me. I knew it takes 3 to 5 year for a concept such as The Fight Network to come to fruition.
