Hi JC, hope all is well. So I am not sure what will be happening from here onward.

From this July 1st merger PR excerpt below, it seems like 0.4340 (offer price) was the max value the AKLI shareholder was to get from this merger, where it was at the time of your share purchases. That is why the share price didn't go any higher after the initial spike that took place a month ago from .25 to .43.
the tender offer commenced on June 3, 2024, to acquire all outstanding shares of common stock of Akili, Inc. (Nasdaq: AKLI) (“Akili”) for $0.4340 per share (the “Offer Price”).

Now in terms of your AKLI share holdings, they won't be available on Nasdaq anymore (PR extract below) because all AKLI has been delisted as of July 2nd. Not sure if you will still have them at all or will they be still available on OTC platform with a different or same symbol after AKLI now being delisted. You may want to check with your T.D. Waterhouse (trading platform) on this...
Prior to the opening of trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) on July 2, 2024, all shares of Akili common stock ceased trading on Nasdaq, and Virtual Therapeutics intends promptly to cause such shares to be delisted from Nasdaq and deregistered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Was that the main reason they were trying to approach you to sell you shares before AKLI gets delisted so you don't lose everything?? Possible!

Sorry! I don't have a concrete answer for all this...

Hi JC, I looked at AKLI very closely and believe this one has great potential to run from here. The uptrend looks pretty strong. The only concern I have is the gap that it has left behind between .235 and .40 (on 4/29) if that ever gets filled or will this be running up and up from here is a big question. Any good news will keep the share price going higher into multiple dollars is my take on it. The type of trading you are seeing now is nothing but accumulation. Normally when the stock is ready for next leg up you will always see this kind of trading taking place where the stock price doesn't move much for some time with all the buying and selling until the market makers decide to give up or the insiders have got what they wanted. All looking good to me...for now at least.

Also, I don't think they currently meet the Nasdaq listing requirements of staying above $1. The last time they were trading above $1 was back in Sept. 2023, which means if the stock doesn't go above $1 organically, then there is a possibility of R/S happening in the very near future. Otherwise, it may get delisted to OTC tier which won't be good for the shareholders.

It sounds very promising with that FDA clearance news. It seems like it jumped from the .20s to .40's range just a couple of months back. This may have great potential if one invests and holds for at least 6-12 months. We will see...
