I see no evidence thus far it actually is trading here yet. I do believe it’s in transition and will be in the near future. I am getting the impression that perhaps they're using a merge or seeking an existing shell, too solidify an active listing on the usotc: market. I actualy seem to remember a TSX listing which was delisted with a company similar in name(around 2009), I'll be doing some digging. Just a gut feeling I have at this point though.

Strategic Minerals Plc is a United Kingdom-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is a holding company of an Australian-based subsidiary owning a permit for the exploration of minerals over a tenement of 2,100 hectares in Queensland, Australia. The Company is focused primarily on iron ore and has been exploring the tenement, since June 2010. In October 2010, a preliminary drilling program was completed. The Company's exploration is focused primarily on magnetite deposit. In September 2011, it acquired Ebony Iron Pty Ltd (Ebony).

How embarrassing since I lived in the UK for 35 years, not realising it was in pence and not pounds lol.
Next question, it has a symbol but does it actually trade over here??

You're correct it's 11.75 pounds sterling (pence) which is about 0.18 per share currently on 539,123 shares. Scotland,Wales UK, GB, GBR all use this monetary value.

This is trading back in the UK at around 11.75 (Pounds Sterling) up about 5% today, and over half a million shares traded. Don't see a North American price for it yet, but certainly not a penny stock.
Also the company paid ADVFN $14,000 to promote it.
