Entry into a material definitive agreement: On June 17, 2022 the Company signed a binding Letter of Intent to license intellectual property from Mineral Health Marketing for the production, sale and distribution of canned, consumer oxygen products. The license is in perpetuity and requires a payment to Mineral Health Marketing of 50,000,000 (fifty million) restricted common shares of StemSation International stock as well as royalty fees paid for sales over time.
The license also includes the potential for future product development and expansion of similar products in the consumer goods space
