We can learn from the filings that an acquisition is coming in the coming days, they are currently in the final DD stages of the process, and that the insiders have been loading up on shares above .10, .15, .20 and even some at .30. This is going to those prices, for sure.
The chart looks very similar to other "promo runners" that have hit highs as high as $1.50....

On February 11, 2011 the Company accepted a share subscription for 101,215 common shares at $0.20 for aggregate proceeds of $20,243. The Company paid a finders fee of $1,026 in relation to this financing.
On July 7, 2010 we entered into a private placement with Elk Hills Petroleum Canada and sold 5,000,000 of its common shares at US $.175 per share for net proceeds of $875,000.

The purchase price for the acquisition is $3,000,000 which the company has satisfied by the issuance of 30,000,000 of its restricted common shares to Mr. Jefferd.

OCTOBER 3, 2011 8k- ACQUISITION COMING
September 26 th , 2011, - Stellar Resources Ltd., (the "Company") announced that it has entered into a binding agreement, subject to due diligence, to acquire 100% of American Microbial Labs.
Stellar is planning to acquire this technology as part of its ongoing strategic plan to be in the business of acquiring and developing technologies that have a high profit impact in the Oil and Gas industry.
The application of this technology is suitable for cleaning produced water generated from the recovery of Oil and Gas wells as well as oil spills located both on land and in water.
The Corporation is currently working to satisfy all of its due diligence requirements regarding this transaction.
