Frank Dumas, currently president of Dumasbancorp ULC, a corporate finance consultancy, has been involved in the financial industry as a consultant for foreign governments and foreign governmental entities on the subject of international administration and strategic governance, and has advised different money managers and hedge funds, particularly in regards to market intelligence.
Mr. Dumas holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Quebec in Montreal and a master's degree in public administration from Montreal's Ecole Nationale d'Administration Publique (ENAP).
Mark Billings, CFO & Director
Mark Billings is presently a Partner at Atwater Financial Inc., a Montreal-based financial consultancy that provides corporate finance services to Canadian small-cap companies. He is also the President and CEO of Orex Exploration (TSX-V:OX) and a director and CFO of Argex Silver Capital (TSX-V: RGX). Prior to joining Atwater Financial he served as Vice-President of Corporate Finance with the Strategic Capital group of Desjardins Securities Inc. from 2004 to 2006, where he led a number of public and private financings and took companies public Canadian exchanges.
Mr.Billings has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA Political Science, from Carleton University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Anthony Garson, Director
Anthony Garson was until 2009 President and CEO of Excalibur Resources Ltd. (CNSX:XBR), which has base metal mining properties in Ontario, British Columbia and Nevada.
He has been involved in the brokerage industry as a Mines and Metals Analyst, having served with the following firms, among others: Bank of Nova Scotia, Dean Witter Reynolds (Canada) Ltd. and Canaccord Capital. Mr. Garson was a principal and founding partner of Union Capital Markets (UK) Ltd. and has served as a director of several public companies.
Mr. Garson has a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
Linda Thorstad, Director
Linda Thorstad has had a close affiliation with the mining sector for over 30 years. Her mining experience includes roles as president and chief executive officer of Oremex Resources Inc. and Interaction Resources, vice-president of corporate relations for Viceroy Resources Corporation, and president of Questore Consultants. Outside of the mining industry Ms. Thorstad has held numerous executive roles and directorships including executive director of the Vancouver Economic Development Commission and vice-president of campaigns for Leading Edge British Columbia.

David Grand, Director
David Grand is currently Managing Director of Hampton Securities. He started his Career with Midland Walwyn in the mid 80's and became vice-president while at a bank owned firm. David has had experience in all facets of the brokerage industry from producing, raising Capital to Management. David is also President of Celtic Minerals and Litewave Corporation.

St-Georges and Focus Metals Join Forces to Evaluate Tétépisca's
MONTREAL, Quebec, March 13, 2012 - St-Georges Platinum and Base Metals Ltd.
(SX:CNSX; SXOOF:OTCQX; 85G:BSE) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum
of Understanding with Focus Metals Inc. (FMS:TSX-V; FCSMF:OTCQX; FKC:FSE) with
regard to the graphite resource viability of two of St-Georges? Quebec properties.
Under the terms of the three-month agreement, Focus Metals will research and evaluate the
potential of St-Georges? Tétépisca graphite property and assist St-Georges geological staff in
evaluating the potential of multiple graphite occurrences found on the southeast extension of the
company?s Julie nickel-copper project.
Both properties are located on the Quebec North Shore. The non-binding arrangement gives
Focus Metals a 120-day right of first refusal for the establishment of a joint-venture relationship
with St-George for the future development of those properties.
Consequently, St-Georges geologists will acquire access to Focus Metals? geological team and
their expertise gleaned from early-stage development of Focus Metals? Lac Knife, Quebec
graphite deposit which, at 16%, remains the highest grade graphite deposit in the world.
