I don’t believe it…If you look at the statement made he has constantly updated each quarter about a merger happening within that quarter…Like I said earlier Cooley has a track record of failed mergers and merger attempts…I wouldn’t trust anything he says…I’ll believe a merger when and if we see any proper filings. Until then the only good thing about this stock is it’s current and he’s been making proper filings to keep current that’s about the only good thing with this stock…
