Do you know if smart ventures still exist they have no more websites just informative stock capital on otc market
They had by the past green fund portfolio from WNTR but green fund has no quotation yet
Smart ventures was first in chocolate cakes if I remember good
Nowadays it is empty and shell
With about 500 millions as float
And the preferred ?
The 15-2 was completed to preserve the ticker smvr so later the shareholders cannot desperate but hope a new long term company as penny s again

Smart Ventures will participate in the project management and oversee procurement of subcontractors for the construction of a 55 Mgw Hydro Power Plant in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The concession contract was awarded to A.C.O.F.LTD on December 24, 2014 by His Execellency Honorable Pascal Salumn Tutu, the Governor of Maniema Province. The government provided a payment guarantee in the form of mineral concessions representing two mines and two oil block awards.
