well on the bright side at least JMJ converted there whole note, I remember BVTK,SFOR,ONCI,OTTV had the same problem, didnt last long, This company makes more then all the above
What we need is some good PR. People freaked out today but the 10K was exactly what we expected (those that have even a little clue). There were no surprises there.
Let’s hope. Pretty much all we can do for now.
Go for it. Nobody is stopping anyone from doing anything here. Most of us know what we hold. If I didn’t think long term and the bigger picture with things in life I wouldn’t be where I am today. This is a good example. I feel for those who folks who bought at 5 or 6 and got burned today. Think of it as short term pains.
Hopefully the conversion is finished and tomorrow will go back up.
IM looking around the OTC at a handful of stocks 4-8 billion OS, with ZERO revs and they are 0015-003, With dilution pumping out daily....This is laughable PPS...Im ready to arm the cannons if this is the bottom
This is definitely going to bounce back up to the mid trips again! In these markets, some days you're the bug, other days you're the windshield. Yesterday a little bit, but big time today we were the bugs. All last week we were the windshield and I think we will be the windshield sooner than most people think!
Guys think about it .. if price stays .0002 company might as well buy up all the 4b and retire them.. hahahaha
I guess you didn't read his tweets then, he is a liar
Idk about everyone but I’ll try to take out 10 mill tomorrow
Same. We think alike here. I’m sure there are several others like us thinking the same. I’ve seen this happen in some other plays before, and bounce is coming for sure.
Not 1. I thought about it today but I can't imagine this not bouncing back up.
As someone who lives in Southern CA, I can say this about the interview today with Bob. There is a fire near the business (just SE of there). There was also 60-80 mph wind gusts in that area. There are a lot of power outages today. Those are things that ring out during the interview as it really was Bob. Then, he is right, he cannot stop the companies from converting their notes. So on a positive, that note is now longer outstanding. They converted.
You didn’t sell one share yet?
Those were more than likely shares that were bought throughout the day that did not get reported. Just cleaning the books for the day.........I'll still take 1's if anyone wants to give them away...good luck to all I'm going out for a drink now....
Looks like a Korean missile, crashing before liftoff...
It’s ridiculous, the stock is trading at .0001 and some are looking at a chart.
well...someone's going to enjoy a nice bounce...and of course then dump them for a 100% double
You really need a chart for a stock at a 1/2 BA lol?

Smoking a joint and regrouping.
That’s why it looked like 2s were endless today
*takes a bow* haha
I am with you on that. I am holding 155 million shares and my buy some more if they stay at this level.
So what is everyone plan on doing?
Come on, this thing was just getting legs, the outstanding share count has gone up a billion in the last two days according to a poster. Dilution? At this point in time? Poor decision IMO
Just chillen for now, but imo once this note washes out it could get interesting
Best way to recover is just start drinking again... shots of 2s tomorrow anyone!?
Party is not over, Just cleaning up from the 1st one:)
Party is over -- I made some money, but I sure could have made more -- this going back to bouncing between 1 and 2 for the foreseeable future.
$ SVTE. 204 Million bought after trading hours so someone is wanting the shares to buy that many Lol. SVTE http://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/service-team-inc-SVTE/trades
The fact that he said no RS automatically rings bells on my radar, im just waiting to see if 1s are coming before i give it the Godzilla slap
That was a dilution print, if you heard the interview, then u heard that JMJ converted there note.....Who cares, there isnt many notes in the 10k,
ive seen way worse do way higher numbers, company has 3.7 mil in revs .....I may take all the 0002s out myself tomorrow
That note is not for a year, and if this trades up higher it will convert up higher...Lets be smart here lol.....SVTE revival has begun, it will take some cleaning up but its def alive and well for buyers down here!
$ SVTE. All these little stocks can be a headace most of the time for sure and it doesnt pay to get to deep in them JMO. Will see what happens with this one and its sure traded a high Volume Lol. SVTE
hopefully those 204 millions cleared the 2's for tomorrow, and they shut the printer off... $SVTE
It wasnt after market. No after hrs trading for pinks
$ SVTE. Good ideal and doesnt hurt to ask and alot of Companies have turned to them but i just have a hard time believing alot of stuff i read on them. SVTE
SVTE has no $$ to buy back shares
SVTE is constantly borrowing money just to remain operational. Every note converts with a 20% instant + 50% conversion discount.
This means: every $0.40 that CEO borrows results in $1.00 in new shares being created.
No matter how much money he borrows to buy back shares, whatever he buys back will be recreated over 2x as much.
December 7, A date which will live in infamy
SVTE CEO Bob blaming outside parties for the tweet? He pulled it from SVTE's account, but it still lives.
Is he going to blame Russian hackers for the hack? Or was it an "inside job" by SVTE investor relations?
He didn't even address who posted the tweet. He just glossed over it like it didn't even happen. Such BS.
This is one of the most transparent CEO's I've ever seen with taking calls, twitter live and Pr's! He will do everything possible for shareholders as he can IMO
I hope your right. Maybe those PRs next week will take us out of the weeds. for now im skeptical about putting more money into this pig, otherwise id grab some 2s.
So is he talking out of his ass? The way things are going today, that holds pretty true so far. He wants to get the PPS back about above $.01, by doing exactly what? Diluting it back to no bid and assume shareholders and investors will trust him enough AGAIN to put their hard earned money back into this pile and move it back up to the promise land? He had his chance and now him and his investor cronies dumped and are laughing their way to the bank. He better start showing action to those promises/PRs or this pile isn’t going anywhere again. Enough is enough.
Nov 10: SVTE "borrowed" another $115k toxic debt
20% immediate discount. (i.e., SVTE got only $92k but owes $155k)
50% conversion discount. (i.e., shares are converted at half market price)
If that debt were converted any time this month, it would produce 2,300,000,000 shares. (2.3 BILLION shares)
The O/S would go from ~4.5 billion -> ~6.8 billion!! For a measly $92k!
And that's from the MOST RECENT note. Think about the new notes about to be issued every month to keep this company afloat while it's losing money and (supposedly) funding an acquisition!
There's going to be endless dilution!!

It’s great to see the number of long and strong positions keep growing on this board. There are no surprises in the 10-k. For those who don’t already know what’s in the numbers, DD on the company over many years and key statements in the 10-k should show it.
The 10-k shows a company turnaround in 2017, but that was only the beginning. The 10-k does not show the wholesale conversions done in unison before the close of Q1 this year. There is much convertible debt left and that much is frozen. Housekeeping on that scale would not have happened all at once without strong current revenue growth and a concrete forward growth plan institutional investors would buy into. The Q1 balance sheet will be drastically improved and with a P/L strong enough for the company to roll its own cash flow into an expansion.
The company is implementing a rapid, aggressive expansion plan for a reason. The scale indicates revenue growth many greater than last year. The company must have secured commitments to new orders, if not a supplier contract or something. The wholly owned subsidiary is a major part of the puzzle too. No doubt something is happening with $SVTE!

The SEC has recently experienced a significant uptick in tips, complaints, and referrals involving investment scams. The SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy urges investors to be on high alert in order to protect themselves and others from becoming victims of investment fraud. Fraudsters use times of uncertainty and change, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic, to lure victims into investment scams. Below are tips to help you recognize and avoid frauds like Ponzi schemes, fake CD scams, bogus stock promotions, and community-based financial scams.
Look out for the following claims or statements to help identify whether a website selling CDs may be spoofed:
Before you purchase a CD from a website you find through an internet search, consider these tips to help you avoid bogus CD scams.
Fraudsters sometimes exploit tight-knit trust and friendships within a community, targeting members of identifiable groups -- including people with common ties based on ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, military service, and age. This is known as affinity fraud.
Fraudsters may be (or may pretend to be) part of the group they are targeting. They may enlist group leaders to spread the word about the scheme. Those leaders may not realize the “investment” is actually a fraud, which means they too may be victims.
Even if you have something in common with someone selling you an investment, use the free and simple search tools on Investor.gov to check the person’s background, including the person’s license and registration status.
