Y'all having a crow eating party?......The
wreck has been hyped for over 15 years and someone thought......hey, it must be under the worm poop.
And folks actually believed it.
Isn't it time for another hot air balloon ride?
GL TB.
Let’s get this party started!! Come on Sfrx!!! Looking forward to what ship? Or what is located under the worm poop!! Jmo
The Juno Tales from the Tulco years ~ Part 1............
This is a collection of the Ad Agency comments during SFRX's previous operations at the Juno site, which is now called the JBAS. These are some that stand out from 2010, but I am still reading through them in an attempt to understand why folks are still holding out hope. Part Deux coming soon.
Notice how CONfident this Ad Agency team member seems to be. Just as CONfident as he was that treasure would be found this past summer.
The estimates I've heard are $500 million to $1 billion but noone knows until they get in there. There's around 300 million shares so if it does come in around $500 million this is over $1/share. But I'd guess this will fly on speculation alone once they announce they are commencing excavation.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=47987116
You might have time. I am thinking they may have some sort of announcement next week. My opinion is that it's at least $.04-05 by the end of April and it would not surprise me to be much higher than that even before then. If they announce the time frame to start moving sand and it's picked up by the national media and not just the financial wires it could do some wild things. You know most everyone loves a treasure hunting story.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=48001974
Hang in there....we are finally close to finding out what's under there.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=48285210
At any rate we are sitting right on top of this treasure wise and stock increase wise.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=50134296
Also there were 10 of these size ships that never made it back to Spain so I don't think it's going to be a long time into this before they come up with the name of it. I'm not a historian but I will bet there's documentation on the 10 ships and what they carried and I'm sure the company has researched those cargos so in my mind, percentage wise, there has to be a high probability of treasure for Seafarer to push on like this over the years. Otherwise they would have moved on to other potential projects.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=51381015
I firmly believe the D.R. deal with Anchor is a done deal that we will hear about very soon. I believe they have a target site to start with there but what they think they will bring up I do not know. As for Sidkay, it is a bonus to shareholders once they get it done. Not sure what it's worth though but it is designed to enhance shareholder value which is hard to complain about. You are right, SFRX has stated they do not want to be viewed as a one trick pony and it seems they are moving in that direction. With the stock here at $.008 there's money to be made imo. I'll be watching for news releases the next couple of weeks.

14 years ago, a co-CONspirator of the Ad Agency said this;
Hold tight BISer. Good news is coming soon. The permit will be official but more importantly treasure will be found shortly thereafter. That's what will really make a difference in share price. I hold about 4 million shares and I won't be selling any time soon.

Not only did SFRX NOT recover any treasure,…..
in 2024 as many swore up and down that they would, but one member of the Ad Agency even made a bet but hasn't kept his word and admitted that he was wrong and that Your’s Truly "was right the whole time".
Shocking!
Those from the Ad Agency have made lots of baseless claims thru the years, then refuse to accept or admit when they were wrong while claiming critics were and that they are out of the loop.
It’s quite the comedy.
One such Ad Agency co-CONspirator will be featured tomorrow as we take a trip down Memory Lane. A link will be provided.
It will be so much fun.
Happy Monday!

Isn’t that what he was thinking when……
folks bought at .03 last year?
Aren’t they real shareholders. They sure took the bait, didn’t they?
Regardless, in this industry you’ve touted MEXI and DPBE, and they have since ceased operations. You even touted DPBE after they told investors they were shutting things down.
Now you’re touting SFRX.
Is that an omen?
Just askin’
Folks get real superstitious when it comes to shipwrecks.
Just sayin’
Which one is the GOAT? The JBAS or……..
the RMS Republic site?
And/or, which will bring the best ROI for 2025?
Both wreck sites have been dove on dating back to 1987 at least and both have (ahem) valuations of $10B or more.

You are really going out on a limb there.......
Didn't you hear/read about the worm poop?
Folks have really tried to help this outfit over the years. Capt. Ed comes to mind, as does Raider.
It has been pointed out that Tim and Kyle were told by Dr. Parsons in writing multiple times that it would violate state, federal, and international law to disturb a Spanish vessel from the 1715 Fleet without Spain's permission. Dr. Parson really did them a solid, but they ignored it.
It's like they don't want help. I even suggested a legal challenge Florida's claim to all "abandoned" ships belong to them except those protected by Sovereign Immunity or the SMCA and an affiliate poo pooed that idea.
Turns out the Supremes ruled on that against California, and it was UNAMIOUS!
A bitter legal dispute erupted between DSR and the State of California over who owned the rights to the ship, coins, and artifacts. In 1999, the U.S. Supreme Court decided unanimously in favor of DSR. When California threatened to continue legal action, DSR was forced to settle and handed over 200 gold coins that were held in a Sacramento bank vault, where they still remain. The same year, DSR’s gold coins were auctioned off to pay its bills. The sale fetched $5.3 million, an average of $5,250 per coin. A later search found a few more coins and artifacts, but not the hoped-for safe and strongboxes of gold.
It is not a treasure finding company. Never has been. It's barely a treasure hunting company. Hot air balloon rides periodically, that's something else.
Can I possibly be the only 1 who isn't surprised that SFRX failed to publicly report recovered treasure in 2024?
Allow me to be the first to opine that SFRX won't find treasure in 2025 (either).
$$$ Today is the Day $$$$
$$$$ $FRX $$$$
Not only would I not be a sore loser…….
I won’t be a sore winner. There is nothing to celebrate here on my end. Nor is there a reason for you to stop posting your opinions. I never intended to hold you to that.
I realize SFRX has 4 days to announce a material event and they could have found the $15B earlier this week, but only a novice would hold on to that kind of hope.
But for goodness sakes, can the fairy tale bullshit finally stop here in the new year?
The goal post has been moved here over and over and the device does not work as advertised. It never has.
Any target should be treasure, and they should be identified BEFORE diving begins. The fact they have dove on targets and come up empty proves we’ve been fed a line of crap about Timmy’s Toy.
Even if it did work, it can’t find what isn’t there. Juno is a dud and that was proven decades ago. A child could understand that. Same with Melbourne.
And it’s not just the Juno, Melbourne, and SeaSearcher hype, how ‘bout the merchant vessel salvage law horseshit?
The notion they’ll find piles and piles of Spanish coins or silver bars that would have serial numbers and Spain won’t be able to prove it’s theirs is insulting to the industry itself, including the academics. Juno would be exempt from Spain’s claim, but not the so-called missing 1715 Fleet wrecks.
There is a belief and I shared the video that the missing 1715 vessels came onto the beach and would have been salvaged. But that doesn’t matter because if it is still to be found it belongs to Spain.
Why don’t you explain how the “alleged” Juno treasure would have been separated from ballast stones?
Or why SFRX would dive on targets that were not treasure if the tech works?
Just stop with the fairy tale crap…..please.
TIA
Happy New Year!
So no PR tonight at 11:59 with highlights…….
of something like this?
42 chests of gold coins, 99 tons of silver bars, priceless death mask of King Titicacac, all salvaged from the speed boat.
$75 million media deal signed with Disney to include a shipwreck theme park named after Kyle.
The sultan of Brunei takes 9.9% stake in SFRX, and the Chinese military bid $100 per share to get the new technology.
Sam Walton rolls over in his grave because he didn’t own shares.
Happy New Year Goldie. Looking forward to your bullshit based optimism in 2025.
I’m sure you will say all is well!
Looking forward to January!
SFRX doesn't need gadgets, they need......
a qualified research team.
I have identified more wrecks with research than SFRX has.
Not that I believe the tech works, but even if it did it can't find what isn't there. The fact that they dove on targets and there is no treasure proves it doesn't work. We were told it would pinpoint it and tell you what's there BEFORE you dove.
So, what are they diving on?
I don't want S123 to stop posting, I would prefer he explain how he concluded what he did. Did someone feed him a line of shit or is he feeding everyone a line of shit?
They're supposedly on what would be the biggest find in history, and they can't even find a trinket using so-called game changing technology with what is professed to be the Industry Leading Recovery Process.
Maybe by the end of the week they'll come out and set the bar even higher for 2025.
EOY IN 13.5 hours.

We will have treasure by the end of the year as per my bet.
I would say we are 90 percent there and only need a couple of more diving days.
I wont be on here to comment but I will be back to gloat and accept my winning congratulations from you know who....
At what point does the light come on?
At what point....
does SFRX realize that there is no light?
I think you mean sensor, not platform. Regardless,..
SFRX is the one that claims they have that ability.
So, where’s the proof? It’s been over 5 years since they claimed it worked.
Also, why are they working on a dud site?
Even “IF” it works, it won’t find what isn’t there. So, why are they diving on targets and coming up empty? Houston, do we have a problem?
By contrast, Marex and others who have done their research ahead of time and determined what ship wrecked in the area they are working have had tremendous success using sub-bottom profilers. This success goes back decades. It began with research and the sub-bottom profiler assisted the salvors.
SFRX scanned Juno last year and S123 said the currents and depth proved to be too much for the device, so they had to tweak it. That seems somewhat consistent with what the company has said.
He also said that treasure would be on deck this year and he was 100% sure. NOAD said it would be this past summer.
What or who made them soooooo sure treasure was coming?
There are really two issues here. Juno and Melbourne are dud sites. That’s been known for a long, long time. Trying to prove the tech works at either site is a waste of time as history shows.
A certified third party could prove the tech works in a matter of days.
Or SFRX could go to known treasure sites and prove it works in a very short timeframe.
Just trying to be helpful.

Kongsberg GeoAcoustics GeoChirp 3D sub-bottom profiler delivered to China
GeoChirp 3D high resolution sub-bottom profiler provides three dimensional acoustical images of shallow sub-seabed structures and buried objects. It transfers the well-established principles of conventional 3D reflection seismics, used in hydrocarbon exploration, to high resolution chirp sub-bottom profiler technology.
05 May 2014
The surface towed GeoChirp 3D incorporating a chirp sub-bottom profiler, 60 channel receive array together with GPS and MRU positioning solutions.
It has been used in a wide variety of applications, including marine archaeology, imaging buried wrecks of historical importance in the UK; marine geology, researching landslide mechanisms in Norwegian Fjords and locating buried objects in UXO (un-exploded ordnance) surveys. The First Institute of Oceanography (FIO), in Qingdao is its first commercial customer. China’s internationally reputed research institution is looking forward to applying the state of the art technology in its line of research. The system has been originally developed at the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton, UK with support from Kongsberg GeoAcoustics, who now have made this unique technology available in the commercial market.
A buried object consisting of a small metal plate attached to a wooden pole as imaged by the 3D high resolution sub-bottom profiler. The 3D data volume is represented by two vertical and one horizontal slice through the sub-seafloor, revealing the geometry of the buried object in great detail.

Hey now!!
Would that be a sub .004 close?
Indeed it was!
In 1991, Marex located and identified objects 'under......
the seabed' working the Maravillas (1556) wreck using a sub bottom profiler. These devices have been available for decades.
It's discussed beginning at the 5:20 mark. They didn't refer to it as game changing, but acknowledged it enhanced their capabilities.
It all begins with great research, not fairy tales.

If I am right then you retire from this board?
There is treasure including gold and silver at Juno...
You are right I will never post again and I will admit you were right the whole time...
They did scan it last year and the sea searcher found what were were looking for.
I am only going to explain this once.
The sea searcher was on a buoy system. So when the sea searcher said there was a target it would mark the gps location. Well because of the depth and current the sea searcher could have been 100-150 feet in any direction off. Which is why would couldn't just dive on that target. So he is not wrong, but SFRX is not going to dig just anywhere.

(P&S). P&S has been engaged to create and service a government agency project for the next 12 months and beyond. The purchase order is the second of other planned projects to service a group of U.S. government agencies.
Seafarer CEO Kyle Kennedy commented, “The significance of a different U.S. government agency being recruited by Seafarer to contract with P&S demonstrates the validity of the business model to build multiple revenue streams for Seafarer. Attracting these government contracts is wonderful for Seafarer shareholders and I expect them to continue to expand. But this is still the beginning as I anticipate encryption work from other business sectors outside of government entities.”

PHOENIX, Feb 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- PHOENIX, Feb. 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Uptick Newswire Stock Day Podcast welcomed a partner of Seafarer Exploration (SFRX), a publicly traded underwater salvage and exploration company. Don Beavers, the President and CEO of Probability and Statistics, Inc., joined Stock Day host Everett Jolly to discuss their partnership with Seafarer Exploration.
Jolly began the interview by announcing to listeners that the Stock Day Podcast will be hosting a five-part special on Seafarer Exploration. Just five days ago Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Michael Torres, appeared on the Stock Day show.
Jolly then asked Beavers to share some insight into the partnership between Probability and Statistics, Inc. (P&S) and Seafarer Exploration. Beavers stated, "We started working with Seafarer last year, they're an undersea exploration company. We do a lot of high-end computational mathematics and technology integration, and we saw some opportunities to work with them. They've got a great company and we've got some technologies that really fit into what they do."
Beavers further explained that Probability and Statistics, Inc. mainly specializes in the aerospace industry, compared to Seafarer which specializes in undersea exploration.
Surprisingly, these industries have a lot in common including similar mathematical applications. The partnership between these two companies will allow Probability and Statistics, Inc. to help Seafarer Exploration track debris fields and determine the most likely location of wreckage spots. Additionally, Probability and Statistics, Inc. has extensive experience in blockchain technology which benefits the Company's search for rare metals.
Beavers also shared that P&S is also helping Seafarer Exploration develop new sensor technology that allows them to find non-ferrous metals at a much greater distance than ever before. "We have a pretty impressive engineering department here and we have some really talented scientists, and we're helping Seafarer Exploration make this part of the job a lot easier," stated Beavers.
Beavers added, "Our goal is to make Seafarer the most advanced company, technologically, out there." He continued by sharing his excitement for their partnership with Seafarer Exploration and the technology that P&S will be able to share with them. Beavers then closed by stating his amazement for the Company's findings and his own personal enjoyment in participating in the search for treasure.

TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Seafarer Exploration Corporation is pleased to announce a share exchange of 60 million restricted common shares for 10,000 non-dilutive common shares of the private company Probabilities and Statistics, Inc. (P&S). Seafarer has received a one percent position in P&S.
Kyle Kennedy, CEO of SFRX, stated, "This is the first major step in building a strong symbiotic relationship with a cutting-edge technology company. P&S has the capacity to take us to a new level of technological development and ultimately potential revenues. A carefully designed program has been created between P&S and Seafarer to both monetize emerging technologies and engage Seafarer to be compensated for directing private and public companies who wish to utilize blockchain encryption to P&S for their services. P&S is a leader in blockchain encryption and already works with government, aerospace, defense contractors, banks and industries in a high-tech research, development and support role. Nobody in our industry sector remotely comes close to what Seafarer is doing. We already set the bar in everything we do, but P&S can take us into a space that far exceeds our expectations and industry norms."
Kennedy continued, "P&S has an exceptional team of scientists and engineers who can further propel our own development of technology in specialized equipment to advance our proprietary designs. Additionally, P&S has innovative computing and modeling systems which utilize a type of artificial intelligence to maximize effectiveness through its proprietary advanced algorithms. To our knowledge and extensive research, no one compares to P&S."
Mr. Kennedy added, "While ongoing upgrades to the Iron Maiden have limited the number of working days, combined with fewer days of seas under three feet, we have continued to work and find shipwreck material. We appear to have shipwreck debris from the early 1700s, but the area is large and will require more work."
Don Beavers, president of P&S, stated, "Probability and Statistics is very excited about proceeding with Seafarer Exploration on multiple projects including blockchain applications, engineering support, topographic modeling, sensor recording and analysis, and other relevant advanced technology integration. Jun 20, 2013 (ACCESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Receipt of Permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Easement Clears Way for Excavation to Begin on June 20th, 2013
TAMPA, FL June 20th, 2013 — Seafarer Exploration Corp. (OTCQB: SFRX), a company focused on the archaeology and research of historic shipwrecks, has crossed the final hurdles relating to the proposed excavation of a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, FL with the recent receipt of a permit from the U.S Army Corps of Engineers and an underwater easement agreement from the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund. The permit from the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, a five-year approval ending on June 18th, 2018, represents the last step in Seafarer's quest to excavate this exciting shipwreck site and that effort will begin in earnest on June 20th, 2013.
Seafarer received an initial permit from the State of Florida for a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, Florida in 2012. The site has recently been surveyed using a Geometrics 882 Cesium Vapor Magnetometer and this survey work showed compelling evidence that a large part of the ship lies buried in a relatively compacted area. Having completed phase I of the mapping survey and underwater video, Seafarer is now beginning phase II known as digging and identifying the wreck. Items found and documented on this site in past explorations by third parties suggest the wreck might be a French or Spanish ship from the late 1600s however it will require significantly more work and time to determine what is actually contained on the site.
Kyle Kennedy, CEO of Seafarer, commented, "We wish to thank all of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel, especially Melody White, who worked diligently on our permit until it was completed. With the final step in place, including the easement, we can now begin to focus our efforts on discovering the wreck site. We understand the great responsibility placed upon us and will strive to do our best and to exceed expectations."
Alexander Javorsky, captain of the Iron Maiden, stated, "We have the ship fine-tuned and operating very smoothly. We have assembled a competent, honest crew ready to work, which I am proud to be part of. The excitement of the crew is overwhelming, and we are eager to begin excavation."

TAMPA, Fla., June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Seafarer Exploration Corp. (SFRX), a company focused on the archaeology and research of historic shipwrecks, has received an Environmental Resources Permit relating to the proposed excavation of a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, FL. The permit was issued pursuant to Part IV of Chapter 373, Florida Statutes and Title 62, Florida Administrative Code from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and represents an important step in Seafarer's quest to excavate this exciting shipwreck site.
Seafarer received a permit from the State of Florida for a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, Florida in 2012. The site has recently been surveyed using a Geometrics 882 Cesium Vapor Magnetometer and this survey work showed compelling evidence that a large part of the ship lies buried in a relatively compacted area. Having completed phase I of the mapping survey and underwater video, Seafarer is preparing to begin digging and identifying the wreck and the DEP permit is an important step in that process. Items found and documented on this site in past explorations by third parties suggest the wreck could be a French or Spanish ship from the late 1600s but it will require more work to determine with accuracy what is actually contained on the site.
"We are certainly happy to be one step closer to being able to explore and identify cultural material of the Lantana site" said Kyle Kennedy, CEO of Seafarer. "I want to personally thank the hard working individuals of the DEP who thoroughly dove, investigated and processed our 2nd site, Lantana; with special thanks to Benny Luedike who advised and proactively managed all aspects of processing the permit. I also want to thank our own Joe Albert for his continual diligence and work ethic toward completion of the permit."
Mr. Kennedy continued. "We have stayed focused on our short term goals to obtain three concurrent active sites while researching for sites four and five. We have also maintained and furthered our goals of developing long term strategic relationships with both local and foreign governments and contributing to research and education. Our crew and myself have completed hours of educational study of archaeology classes given by Dr. John de Bry, and will have continual course study into the future. We have recently completed a research trip to France with Dr. de Bry where historical research was conducted and many interesting and significant facts were discovered. Some of the research pictures can be seen on our website www.seafarercorp.com."
Archival research was conducted by Dr. de Bry in the archives in Dieppe and also in both the Archives Nationales and the Bibliotheque Nationale de France (BnF) in Paris. His research was divided into two sections; (1) looking for and acquiring data on the 1715 Fleet that sunk off Florida on July 31st of that year, and (2) searching for documents pertaining to the Jean Ribault Fleet of 1565 sunk north of Cape Canaveral. Both endeavors were supported by Seafarer. Dr. de Bry located several documents pertaining to the 1715 Fleet as well as one important document related to the loss of the 1565 French fleet. He is of the opinion that additional documents on the 1715 Fleet will be located at the Archivo General de Indias (AGI) in Seville, Spain and in the National Archives of Cuba located in Havana. Such manuscript documents will help Seafarer achieve a more accurate interpretation of the cultural history of the Site (Melbourne Beach Site).

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Seafarer Exploration Corp. (OTCBB:SFRX.ob - News) announced a Hillsborough County Jury rendered a verdict on April 5th 2011 at 4:45 pm in favor of Seafarer for $5,080,000.00 in compensatory damages. After two days of evidence had been presented in court, a jury determined that hundreds of on line posts written by Sean Murphy under the screen name of "Floridatreasurecapt" were false and caused a decrease in market price. Seafarer believes collecting any or all of the damages will be difficult to do, but will continue to try to collect until paid in full.
One of the Board Directors for Seafarer, Pelle Ojasu, stated, "We are pleased with the verdict rendered by the jury and I am very happy our CEO maintained his vigilance to prosecute those who would maliciously hurt the Company and its' personnel through relentless false postings over the last year. Now that the truth has finally come out, we can continue our focus on building shareholder value and executing our business plan." Lead trial attorney, Craig A. Huffman stated, "Mr. Murphy is going to be an example of what should happen to people who sit behind screen names and negatively, falsely, impinge the lives of people and of good companies. We are not done with him yet. This will set a precedent for small market companies to fight back." Co-counsel, David Chalela, stated, "We and our client are weighing the approach to take toward punitive damages in this case to dissuade others from doing this."
