As far as I know, yes. But the Float Available of 1.4 million you have in the iBox, I don't buy that number .... do you know where that amount came from. Given the current Chapter 11 status, that doesn't seem very plausible, IMO.

There have been no transactions posted on that site after Feb 2008 when three institutionals closed out.

There may be a better place to look for updates. Maybe the SEC and Form 4 filings.

I just read the court order approving the plan, and nothing has changed. I don't know what the actual final date is without going back into the Fourth Ammendment Plan of Reorg. There is a length of time for appeals before the plan is final.

I held UAL during this time and there were some good share price moves during the appeal, just don't hold too long.

Not that I'm aware of. I'm still watching. Looks like someone spent $650 on 200,000 shares as a gamble. JMHO

I just scanned over the Forth Amendment and, IMO, our existing SCRA shares are still Class 5 and will not survive the restructure. This has not changed from their first plan submittal.

I run Adobe Acrobat character recognition then I run key word search for common equity, common shares, Class 5.

I'm still a rookie when it comes to bankruptcy and the process that the company goes through. It seems to me that the banks would have to be favor of covering the common shares and or giving warrant to newco shares. They would have to give out a loan to sea containers to cover the shares. Right? And if this is true wouldn't the banks be in favor of this, if they see a bright future for the new company? Because they can get more money back of the interest.

All indications from the bankruptcy statements have been our shares will be worthless. However, the original SCR-A and SCR-B shares are mentioned in the Bermuda filing Docket 2181 and I don't know how that will be ruled on out of Bermuda. At one point we were in hopes of warrants for the newco shares.
