Dan is still the president of Sarissa. Keevil and Currah’s shareholder meeting didn't meet the quorum requirements as outlined in the company bylaws at the time the meeting was called.

Keevil and Cutrah have ignored cease and desist orders from the company. They are illegally acting as officers and directors.

Keevil and Currah are causing the company to not be able to update OTCMARKETS with current financials also well a a significant financing for the project from closing.

Remember the asset is no longer owned by Sarissa as it was lost to a repossesion but due to Dan the shareholders are still going to benefit from a deal to move the project forward.

Dan is in court to get the judge to rule regarding the bylaws and also hold Keevil and Currah and their gang financially responsible for the damages they have done to the company.

We’ll see what happens. The only chance shareholders have is for Dan to win. Otherwise the mining projects futures won't be shared with Sarissa shareholders.

So like normal Keevil as Currah care only about themselves but what else is new.

Well I lost $200,000 before Dan took over. The previous management under Keevil and his pack of thieves belong in jail. Dan was misled and lied to like the rest of us and lost a small fortune because of this penny stock ripoff. Keevil used his family’s name to steal money from investors. Dan probably just wants the satisfaction of preventing Keevil from coming back and repeating the scam all over again.

Current management is taking Dan Byrnes to court next Wednesday as he will not give over the books nor will he do the filings.

How guys have confidence in him as he tries to steal the ompany is beyond me...

Existing management will not allow him to get away with hijacking SRSR!

I've been a holder for almost 15 years and they haven't done a thing the last 5+ so I wouldn't hold my breath for a last minute filing. The one asset we had is now gone, there is nothing left of this company. Trust me, after all these years holding I wish I was wrong. No PR's, nothing from management, zero.

This company has access to OTCIQ which is necessary for dropping filings. Hope duly they can drop some filing before the deadline, otherwise this stock is screw without reporting filings.

Interesting I heard the issue was that shareholder meeting was invalid because Currah and Keevil and/or their lawyers never asked the company for the recent bylaws and didn't meet the existing quorum requirement.

Typical of Currah and Keevil to try and violate the law.

I know for a fact if Currah wasn't involved this project would already have been financed several times over.

Dan certainly hadn't delivered but he doesn't the problem here.

Dan was naive and did not deliver results, but also due to former activities of Keevil, Currah and his buddies, who just earned their good living out of SRSR shareholders pockets and not creating anything in building up the company. The list of their actions was mentioned here many times, and it resulted, among other steps, to SRSR trading ban. It is hard to expect they will change their integrity sitting in chairs now.

Dan Byrnes refuses to hand over the company books so that the new management can update financial filings. Dan hasn't done any filings in 5 years. The Plaintiffs whom forced the Special SRSR meeting (which they won) are now suing Byrnes in Nevada court hopefully soon he will be forced to hand over the books.

Dan has been nothing but a plague on this stock. He has numerous liens on his house. What does that say about him? Glad their is a new team at the helm of the ship!

Are we there yet? Now the former management team has regain the control of SRSR, I am interested to see the first update they publish, if that ever happens. Tell us what property SRSR still owns is a start.

I think some will be wishing they can buy once things are moving not only here but for other tickers on the list from TD. A TON of money is going to be made on some of those tickers by those holding through that date.

I think that's why we haven't seen much volume...shares seem to be in strong hands.

Looks like this HPGR tech could have helped solve the fine grained niobium within the nemegosenda ore. If this was only an actual legit company with proper mgmt that didnt piss away the assets.

Nebraska project is lapping us to the finish line. Seems like it is easier to shoot fish in a barrel when it is 1000 feet 1bil capex below ground project instead of an open pit 200mil capexer. Only reason i can imagine is that it must be easier for the fish to escape or something when it is open pit vs when they are trapped below ground.

Also seems to help having competent leadership that drill in the right place, so that you can use the historical drilling in the resource estimates.
