SLMU is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

doesn't anyone find it curious that someone is still buying this stock? between 2-3 million has traded since it announced business operations would cease on march 1st.

Celt, let me toss a bizarre scenario out for thought. Put my mike mat thinking (dunce) cap on, strictly looking to maximize funds regardless of ethic..ends justify the means. I think Slmu might have one big play left...none of us could have predicted last years glorious .015-1.10 in few days. April 22 dsti holding shareholder meeting... Mike M will be voted a director with several of his cronies -relations going back to epod solar and other (scam) companies. ($60k yrly in dsti stock ain't bad for dsti directors including governor Richardson). Dsti intends to sell cigs solar assets to pwei for stock...$50m value tossed around... Pacwest Equities has no revenue and a scam but exists . Mike , presently a dsti strategic advisor, soon to be a director and likely CEO, will find a way through orsay group to fluff to fullest...escalating dsti share price..mike might even fluff up their new global renewable energy program bs and pump Richardson as a pioneer with his New Mexico renewable energy initiatives. Mike will then find a way to go forward with dsti tender offer for Slmu and make a nice sum from his existing Slmu holding. Speculate that mike fluffs up pwei solar deal big time, and whatever else his imagination dreams up...and dsti share price 1.25...lets say Slmu drops to a penny...frankly, surprised it is not in trips right now. Gives Slmu players a potential twenty bagger! A lot of "ifs" in scenerio, but you get my drift. MM the scoundrel is far from finished. I think dsti/ Slmu will start to get interesting come April 22 .

Not even sure why SLMU is still trading.....it was a nice run last year that gave many of us that were here well before others a PHENOMENAL opportunity.

Wish I knew it was going as high as it did, I sold a bit here and there on the way up.....nonetheless major profits were made.
